The color of the tile! Love the nuances in the slate blue.

victorian style with medicine chests/mirrors. I'd do tile floors, tho.

Tub and cabinetry. I'd do penny tile floors.

Love the tile floor and subway tiles (NOT the black grout). But, I also really like the no barrier entry to the shower for aging in place. I'd rather see a side "entry" with no door and tile walls, though.
Love the white, the block window over the tub, the subtle use of color (although I'd pick blue). But, the best thing of ALL is the use of medicine chests!!! EVERY bath ought to have them!

Love it, if the chrome will stay shiny.

I like some version of this, since I prefer a combo tub/shower that lets me get clean, then, soak.

I like this floor. (Even though I've heard they're hard to keep clean.)

This is another take on the combo bath/shower, which I love, since you can shower quickly, then, get into the tub, which is already warm.
Good idea to hide the trash can.
