My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Have my chairs done like this. Whole set like mine. Wood floor and carpet.Room as a whole is too vast ,could be done with roof sloping the other way, would = 2-3 ft overhang.FP at far end, not in middle. Like windows on opposite wall.
