Love the chalkboard next to the mudroom. We should do something like this next to the garage entrance to write notes to ourselves, kids, keep coupons, etc. Could be magnetic!

This could be a cute idea for a mudroom! Label each "locker" area with the kid's name so they have their own space :) Could also do something similar next to the garage for backpacks, school stuff.

I like that you can see the view from the second floor landing. It pulls the outdoors in, and creates a nice focal point at the end of the hallway.

Like the color of these floors - very french country! Would be nice for the main part of the home. Would like to use a floor with more texture in smaller parts of the house (see photo with the brick).

Love a floor with such character inside! Really adds texture & vibrancy to the hallway. Let's definitely do something like this! Wouldn't want to do this in a large space, but it looks great in a small area.

This whole project is a nice modern take on Mediterranean! Like the floor wood color, the open floorplan, and the banister.
