Residential design project 1st semester

Concept Design These are the floor plans i intend to use for my design project, no changes will be made to this.

Concept design This is what I plan the house to look like from the outside. The color scheme of the house would be white however.

Living Room I plan to incorporate this living room into my residential design. What i like most about it is the fabric blue and white couches, the white table in between the couches. The fireplace and the TV location. I also like the Tile floor color and material. The shelf in between the fireplace and the TV is also a really nice design.

Foyer i plan to incorporate this design into my house design project and what i really like the entrance door and the floor tiles leading into the house, I also like the wall color, and that light green maybe turquoise hue the whole design has.

Walk In Closet (W.I.C) I plan to incorporate this design into my project, and what i really like about this design is the Ceiling mount , and the color scheme of the closet, the small turquoise cushion seat, i also like all of the cabinets and shoe cubbies, and the wood they're made from.

Bath i plan to incorporate this design into my project, and what i would like to add about this design is the mirror design, sink and faucet design, the marble top and cabinet wood color, the floor tile texture and the bottom half of the wall tiles. the light artificial light source is what i really like about this design also.

Owners bath i plan to incorporate this bath design into my home design, and what i really like about it is the grey tiles in the majority of the room, i like the pebble flooring in the shower and bath space, the cabinets and top along with the sink design and light style, the faucet is also a really nice addition that goes well with the wall design and material. I also like the door that leads into this bathroom. the stone wall is also a nice design detail that i would like to incorporate into my project along with the wall sockets.

Owners suite I plan to include this design into my revit project. I plan to use the wall color, window style, hardwood floor, bed style, wardrobes , and door style along with its black color.

Bedroom #3 i really like the Light in this room, the color scheme, bed frame,the windows and their curtains, and the carpet in this room.

Bedroom #2 I really like the window in this room, the bed style, nightstand table, hangers on the wall, and the wall color.

Kitchen What i like about this kitchen that I plan to incorporate into my revit design are the lights and lamps, the translucent cabinets, stainless hardware, tables, stone wall, and refrigerator.
