My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

TV would be on wall you can't see, but I like how you transition from all spaces! Kitchen to dining, to living... needs cozier furniture, don't look at that... just SPACE

I know, NO TV above fireplace, but I like the overall feel of this room. Open to upstairs, BIG windows. A grand family room... just doesn't need fireplace there, and lower TV.
