Here is pic of lower counter seating but want the counter with sink and sitting and eating area more condensed...no a round table.

Would like this (2 sinks) in the bathroom we are adding on (in old kitchen area of ranch house. This area is just to the NORTH of the living room area in addtion. It is only going to be a half bath.

I like all the counter space, windows near by. Also am likely going with white (dont like the brick!) or the dark island with the white!

Not real crazy about this contemporary design and the color but the 2 levels (counter/sink area a little higher than the area for eating is what we wish to have for seating (using regular chairs) in this area. Wish to have a 2 on one side and 2 on another. Do not want the 4 seats or spots in a row.

This would be a nice size window for the bedroom on the NORTH end of the house. We are planning to take the two bedrooms on the end and make it into one larger bedroom. With it being the North end of the house, alot of windows could make for a cold room? There are the smaller windows in those rooms now, so maybe do this type window on the west and east sides of the room...SKIP the north windows? Would want the window we choose for this room to look right in conjunction with all the other windows throughout the house. Would not have to be this exact window. There are bay windows (one on front side of house and one on backside (east) side of house to north side of patio door.

I like this fireplace. The south wall of the living area is where we had that sketched on our drawing but am just now realizing that is my ONLY wall, so maybe do not want to put fireplace in this spot. I may want to put furniture on the wall with wall hangings.
