Working with Matt Fletcher, owner and project manager of MD Fletcher, LLC, was the best experience I’ve ever had with home improvement projects. My 31 year old deck and pergola were in desperate need of renovation and Matt responded to my inquiry within 20 minutes of my making it. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to design three different options for me to choose from, explained the pros and cons of each, brought materials samples and color charts, and was very accommodating. The skill and craftsmanship of his crew was excellent and my custom deck/pergola is absolutely beautiful. I was impressed by the quality of materials used and the precision with which everything was done. To top it all off, Matt’s crew left my yard in pristine condition every single day of the building process. I am thrilled by my experience with MD Fletcher, LLC and highly recommend them!

Matt Flecther was the lowest quote on repairing our kitchen after a dishwasher leak that resulted in damaging our hardwood floor. We choose Matt because he was not only the lowest project quote, but he was also willing to make our repair and remodel a priority. We are very pleased with the final result and our new granite counter top and cabinet layout make our kitchen much more functional.

Matt Fletcher does excellent work. We have used him to rebuild an exterior set of stairs and and interior stair project. He thoroughly studies your project before hand and presents you with a very thorough design plan and cost estimate that may include several choices of materials and price ranges. He makes sure your project meets all current standards and codes. He works precisely , on site, and cleans up at the end of each day. He keeps you informed of progress throughout the project. He is a warm, friendly man and willing to help in any way he can. We have had many neighbors admire his work and several have hired him after seeing what he did for us.

Matt Fletcher is a conscientious and professional craftsman. He built a beautiful Trex deck for our home, and his work was outstanding in every way. Matt listened to our wants and needs with the intent to build what WE wanted. He also made suggestions when he felt a certain product or design might fit with our plan and our budget. He is consistently gracious and pays a deal of attention to detail. He is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work, and wants the best for his customers. In addition, Matt demonstrates strong work ethic, a friendly personality, and true care for the job – no matter how large or small. We strongly recommend him for any home project.

We needed to remove and reinstall one exterior door and one interior door. They now look and work perfectly! We then hired him to build a fenced and gated area. Matt does quality work! We would recommend him!

I was fortunate to get to work with Matt on a complicated mixed use commercial/residential facility in Boise and found him to be a very competent and detail oriented construction manager. He is also very skilled as a carpenter as well as being knowledgeable and capable in other trades as well.

Three Rivers Building did an outstanding job on my expansion of our living room. It was not an easy task with what was involved, and it would have been easy to cut corners but everything was done professionally and completed with top quality construction. Not only did Thee rivers Building do a great job but he gave valuable insight to the value of doing the project and increasing the value of our house. Did the work within the budget and would be our first call for future projects.

Three Rivers Design and Construction built an amazing pergola on my back patio. The amount of detail put into this project was incredible. They matched the architecture design of the house by cutting arches into the large beams making it unlike any other pergola I've seen. Great job, thank you very much.

We needed more space in our laundry room/pantry and Matt took care of it for us! He came over to give us an estimate and listened to what I wanted and needed and was able to put together a great plan that fit all our needs! The work was done timely and I never felt inconvenienced! We love how it all turned out, Matt was very easy to talk to and get a hold of when we had questions.

I purchased a very large, bank owned home that needed lots of work with an FHA 203K Streamline Renovation Loan. Matt worked well with the lender to meet the loan requirements and hired excellent subcontractors who got me the most for my money. My project wasn't fancy, but it was very big. My neighbors, friends who knew the house before I bought it, and even the mail carrier have all remarked that the house looks terrific. We have been in the house for over 6 months now, and we are very happy with Matt's work.
