A custom finished storage condo with a mezzanine level that is carpeted and set up as a media room as well. The owner wanted more room in the garage for day to day items and not storing the toys but lived in a home that did not have the room to accommodate a shop. This storage condo fit the bill. The only thing that this does not have is a restroom or running water, both of which are located right around the corner in the "Clubhouse".
