Before you sign a contract with Mr. Weber, have it looked over by an attorney. Mr. Weber uses vague language in his contract like: "All jobs will be completed in a timely manner." He and I agreed to a project, price and start date. I signed a contract and made a large down payment. Then the excuses began and the start date got postponed...again and again and again. When roughly two months had passed since the original start date, I gave Mr. Weber a deadline that he verbally agreed to. We agreed that I would get a full refund if the new deadline was not met. When the deadline came, I requested a full refund. Mr. Weber said I was in breach of contract and said that he was entitled to the full profit from the job, even though he had not even started the project. He demanded that all future correspondence be through his attorney. It then took another two months for my attorney and Mr. Weber's attorney to agree to refund most of the deposit. Mr. Weber still kept $7,000 of the deposit without doing any work on the project. Suing Mr. Weber would have cost me much more than seven grand. Does this seem right to you? I would strongly suggest to not do business with Mr. Weber.

Best Contractor Ever! Gary not only remodeled my kitchen and bathroom beyond my expectations, he willingly repaired a multitude of irregularities and poor construction in my older home. The quality of his workmanship is of the highest grade and accuracy. Always courteous, trustworthy and friendly, Gary was very easy to have in my home during construction. The sub contractors used by Gary also match his high standards of professionalism. Suggestions were offered without pressure, keeping my tastes foremost in mind. Respectful at all times, placing my needs before his, both remodels were completed timely, accurately and within budget. Hired to do a bathroom remodel. After problems w cracking tile near the shower floor discovered water damage, upon removing water damage, discover many issues W custom shower pan. After several attempts to contact, still waiting on response. Shower will need to be completely redone. Feel lucky I could get behind shower walls so mold didn’t creep up and get out of control.

Fantastic Professional!!! We hired Gary for a long awaited project, built-in shelves in our living room. He was fast, efficient, full of knowledge and dependable. I would highly recommend.
