I’ve had the pleasure of working with Danielle and her team at Accentrix Design for my home on the West Side. I wanted someone who understood our family’s needs and dynamics. They were very professional and dedicated to working together to achieve the look we wanted. Danielle, herself took the time to go over revisions and our ever-evolving ideas until we achieved perfection. I can’t say I am an easy person to please but she always took my vision as a challenge and committed herself and her team to meet our expectations. We didn’t want a cookie cutter home and I am happy to say, we most definitely did not end up with a cookie cutter home. We were beyond pleased with the ideas that she came up with. They were unique and they complimented our style. We were very excited to see the whole project come to life. In the end, all our family and friends are in awe of our home!! The seamless blend of stones, wood, colours and textures were so well thought out. We love our home and are so happy we chose Accentrix Design for one of the most important purchases of our life! I bought an apartment that needed a complete renovation . Danielle designed and implemented the home that I wanted. She was wonderful to deal with and responded to messages and questions in a timely manner. She is calm,organized and knowledgeable with a keen sense of style. I was impressed that she kept an eye on my budget and was able to suggest certain changes that kept the look that I wanted without the cost exceeding my comfort level. Danielle took great care to make sure that the work done was completed properly. I am very happy to recommend her and her team.

We originally hired Danielle from AccenTrix in June 2018 to design and oversee the renovation of our new Vancouver home, but the project quickly fell apart the lack of price transparency. After AccenTrix came to see our home, we asked them for a renovation quote estimate prior to beginning this project with the understanding that we may not use their renovation services. the price seemed reasonable so we signed the contract. We were astonished to see that the actual quote we received were looking to be $40,000 more than the estimate (30% over!!). I would understand if this was 5-10% over the estimate but such a discrepancy made me feel like a victim of an unethical "bait and switch" business tactic. We did not have an extra 40k in our budget and had to find a different contractor for the renovation, delaying our timeline by 3 weeks. When we reduced the scope of work due to the high price they charged Danielle promptly terminated her service and pulled all of the previously provided specifications offline unless we signed a termination letter that put all blame on us. The general sense from this firm was that they could care less what we did with our house as long as we used their services. I felt like the value we received from them was not worth the retainer we paid. I would not recommend this firm to any homeowner looking to renovate - you could probably do a better job yourself (use better materials and save a ton of money in the process) or hire a more ethical and knowledgeable firm that does not make you feel cheated.

Danielle at AccenTrix Design is amazing! She assisted a client of mine with a full gut job of her condo that she was preparing for sale. The renovations Danielle proposed were cost-effective and extremely pleasing to the eye. Folks that came to the open house just couldn't get over how amazing the place looked! Thanks to Danielle's hard work my client was able to sell her home for thousands of dollars over the list price and after being on the market for only a few days. Thank you Danielle!

My wife and I recruited Accentrix Design to plan, design and coordinate the renovation at our condo in September of 2014. The project included painting, tiling, lighting, flooring, extensive custom millwork and furniture and light fixture selection. Danielle and her crews had done a very good job in helping us to create a home that suits our taste and life style. Danielle's design vision is both creative and forward-thinking. The main reason we hired Danielle from Accen Trix, is that she has a really unique way of seeing detail in her work. Danielle has such a fresh, go to it approach along with a very strong, positive approach. We hired AccenTrix Design to redecorate our entire condo. Danielle was very helpful in helping us find a style that was our "own" as in the beginning, we just wanted our place to "look nice" but we weren't sure on what we wanted or how to get there. Her ideas are amazing. I loved how she took the time shop every where and any where to find us budget friendly options for our home. The whole renovation process was stress free for us since Danielle was there to deal with all the vendors and delivery of all the goods. I would highly highly recommend her.

We used Accentrix Designs to assist us in choosing all our materials for our new construction. This included - floors, fixtures, colours, layouts and mill work designs for the kitchen. Danielle was great to work with. She made the entire process easy for us - from choosing a style to picking colours, fixtures etc. She went above and beyond and was available for us when we needed.
