We own a rental house in the Dallas area. The house is over 100 years old and we were faced with a ton of renovations about a year ago. I had several referrals to use Wellslake Industries for the repairs. Many of our friends had used their services and raved about their professionalism, their understanding of design and their successful time management. I met Jeff and one of his team members at the house and we did an extensive walk through of the property. Jeff's knowledge and advice was impressive. He was so helpful to guide us on where to put our money, what repairs were necessary and gave tips on how we could save money. We were on a tight budget and Jeff knew exactly what we would need to make it look great for our future renter. The next day we received our quote which was detailed, organized and impressively easy for us to understand. Their quote was fair. We had several other quotes and we ended up hiring the cheapest quote which was not from Wellslake Industries. We picked a crew and contractor that we didn't know and that promised us a fantastic job. This turned out to be a huge mistake. Not only were we devastated by the work (damage) that was done but we had to pay thousands over our budget to repair our rental property, not to mention the months it took us to get it all done and figure out how to pay for everything while losing almost 6 months worth or rental income. It was a disaster. Every time my husband and I had to sign another check and fix another problem we'd say, "We should have used Wellslake Industries from the beginning!" Jeff gave us a fair price and he has an impeccable reputation with his clients. I will never make that mistake again and we will always use Wellslake Industries for any remodeling or major repairs in the future. We learned the hard way that being super cheap with repairs on your home is never a good idea.

Westlake industries is very professional, I really appreciate that they tidy up and leave the place clean and neat. The workers are all courteous, respectful, trustworthy and the work is exceptional. They have done both professional and personal projects for me and I have been overly pleased with the results. I recommend them to everyone I know and several of my friends have used them for remodels.

I will keep this short and sweet. I have used Jeff and his crew on jobs varying from small installation projects to major renovations. I keep coming back because of their work, Jeff's professionalism, as well as timeliness in regards to getting the job done and staying on top of the project at hand. Communication is key and Jeff really keeps me informed! I see people who have also reviewed Wellslake Industries on Houzz who I have referred to them because I believe in the work they do! I'm happy to know Jeff Saba, I'm pleased with the work they have done and IF (on the rare occasion) something hasn't been up to Jeff's standards, he didn't hesitate to have it corrected right away. I will continue to call on Wellslake Industries for all of my renovation/repair needs and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of the same thing! I consider Jeff my personal friend and I'm happy to have him in my corner:)

Wellslake Industries on the whole did an excellent job. We used them to remodel our master bathroom, scraped popcorn off the ceilings in the bedroom part of the house, paint, resurface a pool, extend and resurface outside decking area, landscaping, new fence and fence gate and install a waterfall. All of the subcontractors they use were very nice and easy to work with. Jeff Saba, our contractor, was very responsive and was always available to talk. My only complaint was that Jeff is a busy man, and we were usually the ones spotting things that needed to be tweaked or redone. Once we pointed them out they were corrected in a timely manner. Wellslake is a great company. They stand by their work and their goal is to make their customer satisfied. If you choose to go with them you will be in good hands.

Jeff remodeled our master bathroom, backyard and moved our laundry room inside the house. There were also a few one off projects like removing popcorn ceilings, installing chandelier and light fixtures. Jeff ensured all worked was complete to our liking as well as fixed any issues we have had since the work was complete.

I've been a client of Wellslake Industries for over 10 years now. Whether for my own condo unit, or, for HOA work on our complex, Wellslake never fails to deliver professional, timely, quality workmanship on whatever project we have - from installing kitchen recessed lighting, to renovating a powder room vanity with granite countertop, to installing a new stucco patio wall that had rotted away. The crew is knowledgeable, courteous, tidy in their workmanship, and always keeping the customer aware of any issues that may affect an increase in expense either for labor or materials. Wellslake is very busy. We certainly know why and frankly, they are worth our wait!

I first discovered Wellslake Industries when they did some remodeling for my mom. Since then, I've used them for replacing floors after water damage, mounting items, and a complete roof replacement. As a single woman, it can be hard to find honest people to work with, who also do a great job. Wellslake does both, and their service is outstanding.

We recently bought a home that needed some love. We sought out a construction partner who would present ideas and enhance the vision we had. Most importantly, we were looking for a reliable contractor who would treat our home and money with respect. We found all of that and so much more with Wellslake Industries, Jeff and Tommy Saba, Mike Simmons, and the whole crew. Our project lasted a few months and covered our entire home. The Wellslake team renovated our kitchen, created a new living space out of our attic, built a custom master shower, installed new flooring, french doors, and even a doggy door. When the dust settled, the team painted the interior of our house. Also, they sanded, restored, and stained our hardwood floors. We trusted them with everything - plumbing, electrical, etc. - and could not be happier with the results. They do line-item budgets so that you know exactly where you stand financially. Also, they have a vast network of reputable sub-contractors who can address any challenge or realize any vision. Also, they supervise and inspect sub-contractor work to make sure it's perfect. We now rely on their crew for maintenance and handyman type repairs. We are happy to know Wellslake Industry and look forward to working the team in the future.
