I ordered the 2 farmhouse chalkboards. I had been looking for a chalkboard for a long time. These looked perfect. Unfortunately they were poorly made-staples showing, open space where the chalkboard should have met the frame, saw dust everywhere…I was so disappointed. Your company was very helpful and quick to respond. I received my money back on my credit card very quickly. Was given choice of getting a new pair or money back. I sent photos of the two boards showing the issues. They did not want them returned. I will say your company was very easy to work with. Very professional. Thank you!

The Shutters are beautiful! That said they have been in my garage for the last week followed by the entire day in the sun today. They have a very strong (you could smell it through the box and the delivery person said he had a headache from the smell in the truck all day) chemically odor. I'm thinking it's something to do with the stain but I don't really know. I contacted customer service and they suggested airing them out in the sunshine--which I did today. They still smell, I can't even bring them inside. I will try again the next sunny day but if the odor doesn't go away I will have to return them. Customer service is working with me to see what happens.

I have ordered items from Antique Farmhouse over the years and love this company! I am an older customer, so don't really need large pieces, but it is fun to incorporate small things from time to time to freshen up my home. I have never had problems with merchandise shipped to me. I love looking at the daily pages that come in my email as I also get ideas about how to style things I already have for each season. Thank you, Antique Farmhouse!

Antique Farmhouse has wonderful pieces, the quality of the items are very nice. I always look forward to receiving my items it's always like Christmas to receive. I just wish the turn around time was faster but I know the elves are working hard to get everything shipped. I have only one item shipped and it came broken others wrapped carefully and used immediately. Thank you for great service!

Antique Farmhouse is a fantastic website that has unique farmhouse, shabby chic, and rustic items at a good price. I have purchased many items in the last several months and I have always been so pleased. Unfortunately, I recently bought a beautiful distressed table lamp that arrived broken, a large crack at the weakest point of the wooden lamp. The item seemed to be very well packed, but I realize things happen during shipping. I’m always hesitant about ordering higher priced and/or larger items online due to this reason alone. I’ve never had to return anything back to Antique farmhouse or ever received anything damaged so I was unsure how the process would be. After I opened the box(on a Saturday!) I sent an email through the website with pictures of the broken lamp. Within a few hours, I received an email from them apologizing. I was told there was already a new order placed for the replacement and provided with an email confirmation. I can’t express how much that means to me. It made me feel extremely comfortable to always return as a loyal customer. I truly appreciate the super easy process!

Yes, their products are beautiful and thoughtfully curated (how great are their daily "sales events"?), but what keeps me loyal is their exceptional customer service. I bought the Mango Wood Map Chest Coffee Table in May 2024 and can tell you from the moment I received it that it was not in the best condition. This is a HEAVY and large coffee table shipped halfway across the globe in the worst care; when we finally got it, it was severely banged up, which AF customer service was accommodating to work with. They offered a $100 discount due to the damage, and that was that. We've had the table for only 7 months, and it's falling apart. This mango wood cracks and splits in every corner. We had a carpenter look at it only to confirm our suspicion that it was not adequately treated before it was painted. It's now warped and cracked in half in almost every drawer and top edge of the table. It looks awful, with wood chips cracking and peeling every day. I can't believe we spent so much on this. What is worse is that since it's mango wood, you can't repair it. It would require apoxy to fill in the cracks and gaps and would cost more than the table itself—waste of money.

I have purchased a variety of items over the past 3 years and I have never been disappointed! The order comes on time, packaged well and the communication is excellent! Customer service couldn't be better! If your looking at getting something, do it now! Items sell out fast on this amazing site!
