I had a vision of what I wanted for my first and last house so I went to 2 other architects and builders and nobody could make my ideas into a drawing. I was very frustrated and then a builder recommended Jarret and co @AJM. They got it right away and then some. They went above and beyond as they should have been done with me long before I kept asking them questions and favours. Never a bother to Jarret or so he led on. Very professional and knowledgeable. His wife Nancy also is very involved as is Arthur. I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a quality,innovative architect that will take the time to make your Vision a reality. We used AJM Designs Inc for the design/working drawings and the building permit process for our addition/renovation in Butlington. First home build was outstanding ! Communication is always best in class , fair pricing , Jarret knows all the right people which makes the process much smoother . Always willing to listen and adapt to changes in the plan even when they are challenging . No ego , just wants to design a really great end product . We have worked on my 70,000 sqft office/warehouse space , a principal residence in Oakville and currently working on a world class lakefront property that will be a show stopper ! OM certainly goes beyond the normal scope of work and the end result is outstanding
