Homestead Woodworks had the pleasure of working with Fil and his team on the Mississauga Rd project. Chatsworth contacted us requesting reclaimed timbers for this project. The process was extensive, working with 100 – 150-year-old beams has many challenges. Chatsworth Team was very patient and enjoyable to work with throughout the entire process. From locating the old Timber frame barn that was slated for demo in Campellville Ont through drying treatment, resaw, assemble, staining and installation. We also had the opportunity to do the front Entry on this project complete with the hand-carved panels.
