WOW!!! I own a small commercial building and have dealt with many contractors over the years. Often times they are just not that reliable. What a refreshing difference and pleasure it was to work with Chief Concepts and Chief Decks! I can't say enough positive things about Mark and the great service we received from everyone at this company! From showing up to just when he said they would, to completing our new composite deck in less time than promised - plus the deck looks Fantastic! We really couldn't be happier! This is a top notch company! Time now to fire up the grill!

I hired Chief Concepts to put a deck on my house. I met with the contractor and we talked about what I wanted, he then submitted a design and quote to me within a week or so. The deck was built and I loved it! I had them come back the next year and add a step all the way around. The work was done promptly once they started, and they cleaned everything up. I loved working with Chief Concepts.

Kevin and his crew were great to work with. Super helpful in the planning stages and even better in execution. Our new decks look great! I would highly recommend Chief Concepts, LLC!
