Atlas Floors Carpet One

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Atlas Floors Carpet One! From start to finish it was a great experience! It started with our sales person, Sandy Cheatham. I needed to replace all flooring in my house because of a water pipe break which caused flooding throughout the whole house. I wanted to replace with as close as possible to what I had. Sandy worked with me and my daughter in finding just the right replacement, even coming out personally to ensure I had the right choice. The great service continued on through the installation. I had two different crews, one for the laminate floors and one for the carpet. Both were excellent, not only with their work, but were courteous gentlemen, also. Again, I positive 5 star experience. I highly recommend Atlas Floors!

Very impressed with Mr. Garay and his assistance for their professional service when laying our vinyl kitchen floor. They came at the exact time scheduled on both days. And also the beauty of my Vinyl floor is so impressive, that has motivated us to continue remodeling our house since we are retiring here. We rented out our house for several years so it suffered a lot of neglect. We will certainly will only use Atlas for all our floor needs. My experience with Atlas Floors was great from start to finish! My salesperson Sandy was so helpful and her experience guided my choice. The team who installed for me…Jesse and Joe…were professional and careful and did an excellent job. There were some unexpected problems with the subfloor and Atlas helped solve them in the best possible way. I would recommend them to any and all!

My experience with Atlas Carpet was most pleasant from the sales person to the men who laid the carpet. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. They moved the furniture with care and replaced it with the same care. I would highly recommend them. I just had Cortec premium plus, opulence oak put in my entire downstairs. I really love the look and the low maintenance. Cleanair came and removed all my tile and hardwood floors with their dustless removal and they were phenomenal. Then the Atlas flooring people installed everything and they were efficient and professional, left everything clean each day. I’m glad I went with this company. They made it very pleasant. I will use them again for my upstairs remodel.

We highly recommend Atlas Floors Carpet One! We moved from Virginia to San Antonio, TX during the pandemic. We wanted to have our new home re-carpeted upstairs and along the stairwell. Sandy worked so closely with us and sent every sample we requested. She provided options, descriptions, and pictures to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Because of the pandemic, we weren't able to have the measurements taken until restrictions eased up, though Sandy kept in touch with us frequently and prioritized our measurement and installation. She was gracious, helpful, and prompt throughout the entire process. The moment restrictions were lifted, Sandy came by to measure and help determine seam placements. The company also worked to schedule our installation as soon as possible and, when a staff member became sick, the company re-arranged and prioritized another team to take care of our home. What we expected to take two days (full carpet removal and install), installer Danny and his partner got it done in a single day. They arrived promptly, listened to our concerns, and worked hard all day to give us a beautiful, quality product. There were two unique situations in our home that Danny and his partner solved in a creative, amazing way. Danny and his partner were professional and respectful from start to finish. They cleaned up after they were done, showed us the new carpet, and were available to respond to any concerns. They also found ways to eliminate seams we were expecting to have. We are BEYOND thirlled with our carpet install from Atlas Floors Carpet One and highly recommend them to anyone. Sandy and Danny made this important process for us perfect, despite being scheduled during the pandemic! From the first interface with Sandy it was obvious she was listening to our preferences in flooring and she made good suggestions. She informed us of an upcoming sale which we gladly used to purchase the flooring. Sandy professionally facilitated the shipment from an out-of-state warehouse and arranged a special delivery which saved us a lot of time and extra expense.

Atlas did a great job from helping us choose the right product to installation. We are very pleased with their service and quality of contractors.
