We just completed a large (1,000 sq. ft.) deck project with Genesis. From the starting consultation and bidding with Kent to the actual completion, this company was very great to work with. The coordination with the disposal company, the lumber supply deliveries, and inspections were timely as was the working habits of the crew that showed up every day and really worked hard. The two young men who built the deck definitely had done this before. The frame of our suspended deck is so strong that I feel I could park a car on it. The Decorators planks look beautiful and will withstand our harsh weather in Monument. We will probably have Kent back in the future to bid on a landscaping job!

One of their employees displayed some childish road rage in my neighborhood and right in front of my home. Not only was he in a company truck with expired tags, but he had to be reminded that he was in a truck with the company's phone number and info on it before he decided to finally drive away and stop harassing my wife and neighbor. I called the company within business hours and they didn't answer. They called back to question me and my "aggression" in regards to their Male employee following my wife home, and it was clear there would be no sense in speaking to them further.

This company totally redid our landscaping. Communication was excellent with Mike who was the project manager. The work was done as planned. Mary Ellen did a terrific job of plant placement; she is very knowledgeable. The stone walkway is lovely. The workers were pleasant - the days were very hot and sunny so they labored hard!

Genesis Group tore out my old deck and replaced it with a new composite deck. The new deck is beautiful and well built. They were professional, honest and worked within my budget. Their price beat the other quote I got by about $4,000. I would definitely recommend Genesis Group!

Genesis Group did an outstanding job on our outdoor project. They were able create a covered deck, an open deck, stained/stamped concrete patio and outdoor firepit that complemented the existing architecture and flowed well with the terrain. From design to communication, craftsmanship and follow-up, it was an exceptional experience. Without reservation we would recommend this team.

We hired Genesis Group to build a covered patio that blended into the existing house and back yard. The weather provided challenges given the size of the concrete patio being constructed. The project also included an outdoor fireplace and creative fencing to enclosing the patio area (helps to contain our dogs and keep wild animals out). Genesis group was excellent to work with, and quick to address issues and concerns that arose. This was a collaborative effort with taking our designs/ideas and using their background to meet/exceed our expectations. Genesis group is hard working, honest and committed to their customer's satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a top quality project completed.

We are happy to give the Genesis Group a 5 star rating after the recent completion of our project. This is based on both the project itself and the level of service the team provided. My husband and I wanted an outdoor fireplace area where we could spend time with our family and friends. Eric Schwartz met with us and helped us brainstorm and custom design our plan. Then our project manager Mike Mahoney made it happen. We ran into a few snags as our two dimensional design on paper became a reality, but it was no problem for Mike. He was very responsive and met with us to ensure we would be pleased with the end result. Mike and his subcontractors are talented, courteous, on time and efficient. In the end, they went the extra mile to clean up our landscaping around the fireplace, touch up paint and power wash our patio. We can honestly say, the outcome exceeded our high expectations. Our fireplace is gorgeous. Without hesitation we recommend this talented and service oriented organization.

The Genesis group built a second story deck addition to our home. The project once started was completed on time, on budget, and the completed project is exactly what we wanted.
