My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Do you mean the type of decking?

    The decking products we use most are the popular brands: TREX, Fiberon &
    Evergrain.

    This one was Evergrain Envision Spiced Teak 2-color composite, a long
    lasting PVC coated product.

    I meant the foundation underneath the deck. Those are great brands, though. What is your preferred one to use?

    We use pressure treated lumber or steel depending on customer preference. Never any less quality than those. :) All three are great and used often by us. Thanks again for your comments.
