We hired Bruce to be our general contractor for our basement renovation. He not only listened to our ideas and stuck to our budget, but thought outside the box to maximize the small space we were dealing with. He personalized our bar by utilizing space we didn't even know we were able to use by installing built-ins for our liquor cabinet and built beautiful custom barn doors that saved us a lot of money. His design was very precise and he couldn't have been anymore cleaner. I would use Bruce from Creative Homes for a future remodel in our home any day and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Bruce is a craftsman. He has great ideas about design and then he makes it happen with his carpentry and general skills. We were very pleased with his professionalism throughout the major kitchen renovation we had done. Highly recommended.

Bruce is a perfectionist, his work is exceptional and long lasting. He did our kitchen, basement, bathrooms and deck about 10 years ago and they are still looking great! He's someone you hand the keys over to your house and trust him completely. He'll work with you on the design up front with his CAD software and it all comes out as planned/specified. He hires great contractors for the things he doesn't handle and oversees their work on your behalf (in our case, drywallers, wood flooring, and a guy who put in a new electrical box to update our electrical infrastructure). I'd hire him to build a house from the ground up!

Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful. Add OCD to the mix, and you have the making of a nightmare. In the past, we added a front porch to our home, and recently, remodeled our kitchen. I have been privileged to become acquainted and work with Bruce Woodbury from Creative Homes who handled both projects. Bruce’s approach to project management, from our initial meeting, design, through the build, and ending with finishing touches was very impressive. He took time to listen, and acknowledged both our concerns from timing, cost and day to day disruption of our home during construction. On the first day, just before demolition, Bruce took time to send me (Ms. OCD) “before” pictures of the kitchen and write a little note. The note was a reminder that renovations can be a headache, but that he would keep things clean, organized and efficient to limit our disruptions. He was true to his word. Our new kitchen exceeded our expectations. It makes me smile each and every time I use it. It is beautiful, and a true reflection of the work, integrity and dedication you can expect from Creative Homes.

Bruce's work is top notch! I would recommend him to anyone needing any remodeling! The bathrooms he did for me were done timely, cleanly and very professionally.

Bruce is the most reliable, trustworthy contractor ever. He was one stop shopping for finishing our basement, including a bathroom. He came up with a 3D rendering of design ideas, did all the carpentry, went with us to Home Depot to help us pick our cabinets and paint colors, plus custom created our staircase and bar. He does a great job adding special design elements like niches and angled flooring. He stuck exactly to his timeline and was reasonably priced. Was totally comfortable leaving him alone in my house. No suggestions on what Bruce could've done better. Highly recommended!
