Our decision to become full time AZ residents and re-size our living style to one home was difficult but with the help of Bill our permanent home was completely remodeled and is a joy. We awake daily to a relaxing, easy living and very comfortable home. This was a total house remodel from windows all the way through to high efficientcy LED lighting, cabinetry, interior doors, bathrooms, appliances, fixtures, flooring, decorative tile, wall removals, air conditioning/heating and painting both inside and out. Bill assisted us in making good and smart decisions. He is a wealth of knowledge which is so important when considering life style adjustments appropriate for us as we age. Bill is amazingly creative. It is always a joy to work with someone who is as professional as he is. I am delighted to have watched his projects from conception to completion and see the gleam in his clients' eyes at the end. Relocating is often stressful and adding a full remodel to a house before we moved could have been a disaster if it wasn’t for BK Interiors. After meeting with Bill of BK Interiors, we knew we had the right person to tackle our project. The house we purchased in Newport Coast required a significant amount of remodeling prior to moving in. Bill listened to what we hoped to accomplish, understood our budget along with our need to complete the project and move in within 90 days. Bill is unlike any other designer I’ve worked with in the past. He not only listens, he takes pride in everything he does to ensure the job is done in a timely matter and being extremely detailed, expects nothing less from every contractor who worked on the house. We were on a very tight time-line and a project of this magnitude would not have been completed on time if it weren’t for Bill’s hands-on approach. Bill oversaw every detail to make our move as stress-free as possible. He coordinated daily and thoroughly with all contractors, electricians, painters, floor refinishers, and plumbers to beautifully refresh and prepare our home. No detail was too small as BK Interiors worked with cleaners and movers to help us unpack, set up, and settle in. In addition to all the project management duties Bill took on, he found time to completely furnish and decorate with impeccable taste to make this house our home. Bill always had plenty of suggestions and options, which allowed us to be an active part of the process, and was respectful of our budget. Bill never ceased to amaze me with his never-ending list of resources. Bill and Ken are incredibly nice to work with and are professional from start to finish. In the end, BK Interiors delivered an outcome above and beyond our expectation and I would highly recommend his services.

We recently used BK Interiors for our third major remodel. We've done whole house, kitchen and master bath projects since 2002. Bill always understands our expectations about work quality, timelines, and professional level of all project contractors, all while being mindful of our budget. We retained Bill Kiefer as a design professional because of high recommendations from others. Mr. Kiefer met with us several times to understand what we wanted in a complete master bathroom remodel. He then provided various design options through very high quality computer aided design (CAD) drawings. When we selected a design, he guided us through all of the selection of materials, fixtures, etc. for the bathroom, brought us to the distribution or retail centers, and saved us a great deal of money through his discounts. Mr. Kiefer also recommended a contractor who turned out to be extraordinarily competent, responsive, professional and easy to work with. Once construction began, Mr. Kiefer aided in overseeing the entire project from beginning demolition to project completion - an invaluable service. Mr. Kiefer's attention to detail, creativity and professionalism throughout were exemplary. We now have a magnificent, new master bathroom, thanks to Mr. Kiefer and his colleagues.

When we began the difficult task of remodeling our 3 bathrooms, we were overwhelmed with decisions for which we had no experience or expertise. Bill was recommended to us by the fixture store we were shopping at. Bill was knowledgeable and professional. He helped us with all phases of our project, from design, selection of hardware and selecting a contractor. All of his recommendations were spot on. Bill was always available to oversee the work being done and made sure everything was done the way we wanted it. A good example was when the new master bath shower was being roughed in, we decided that it just wasn't big enough. Bill immediately redesigned the area, moving walls and changing doorways to make things work and still remain within our budget.
