My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This custom piece is one of my all-time favorite designs. The base is metal with vertical softly rounded ridges. The finish is a hand applied patina available in several muted colors. The top is inset stone with a beveled edge. It can be produced in several shapes,sizes, and heights: round, square, rectangle,oval, cocktail height, end table height, console, and dining height. The stone is available in several materials.A small round version is shown on my website, www.bkinteriors.com, in the Pasadena Contemporary section of my Portfolio. It is available through my office.
