Blue Sky Homes is amazing! The team camaraderie and collaboration is obvious with all of their projects. It's nice working with people that enjoy to be around their teammates and work effortlessly together. They listen to their clients turning their design dreams into reality. I t's also nice working with a company that cares about the environment. I love that they use energy star standards when building. They're on the cutting edge of technology with their homes as well. It's impressive to have the blinds lower, lights dim, and the music turn with a simple voice command. I highly recommend BSH when considering and searching for a niche design-to-suit home builder!

We worked with the BSH team on our build-to-suit home. In the past, we have worked with a large planned subdivision builder and the experience was very generic to say the least. Our experience with BSH was far more personalized and we truly felt like we were our own unique buyer, building our own unique home. Their team was so easy and fun to work with. Very communicative, organized, and transparent on pricing for any upgrades. They did an amazing job of sticking to their timelines and delivering a beautiful finished product! We have been in our home for close to two years now and we love it! As to be expected with any build or reno project, we have run into some minor snafu’s, but the BSH team has always responded quickly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our home building/buying experience with BSH and would recommend them to friends and family. We look forward to enjoying many years in our new home! PS- one more thing to add… their claims of “green and efficient” is all true! We have been shocked at how low our energy bills are compared to our last home, which was about 450 sq ft smaller. It’s amazing!
