“+ Very nice job. Looks great. Very efficient and professional . Front and back parking lots resurfacing done in two days. - Parking lot surface is still very soft three weeks later. When vehicles turn their tires and reverse or change directions, it leaves a dug up tread mark. Hoping it will harden up soon. - Concreted areas in back parking lot that was not resurfaced sustained quite a deal of black tire marks from the equipment. Roadrunner crew came out and power washed/sprayed the surface, but still looks unsightly. Other than the two items mentioned above, Roadrunner Paving and Asphalt was a pleasure to work with. + Special thanks to Jim Lodense. He kept me informed and followed up with me several times to ensure the project went off without a hitch.”
