Basement Bathroom-Laundry Room full renovation. This is the third project we have completed with Bouchard Design. And we are very happy with the final results. Leo is energetic and has a lovely design taste, but most importantly is she produces excellent drawings that can be used for permits and contractor (or DYI) execution, that include full buying lists making the purchase of the many many products a lot less tedious than venturing to various showrooms. We are now looking forward to our next project.

Leo remodelled our kitchen, closet, and bathroom vanity. Leo is absolutely wonderful to work with. It was a kitchen I didn’t think could be changed, but now i can’t believe it’s the same space. The Cabico cabinets are so beautiful and so easy to keep clean. Leo made the whole process easier than I thought it would be, she goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the final product. The closet was definitely a challenge and now it is an amazing workable closet. I would definitely recommend Leo and her company for any of your projects and she would be my first choice in the future. Thanks so much Leo.

We have worked with Bouchard Design twice; the first time for our kitchen remodel in 2013 and then our master ensuite in 2019, a few years later. For each project, Leo took the time to understand our goals and ideas, and did well to highlight a few aspects that we should consider. The attention to detail was great; it was not something that we needed to worry about at all! We had confidence that all the pieces of both the kitchen puzzle and master bathroom puzzle would fit together perfectly. The Bouchard team aptly provided helpful suggestions while staying within budget expectations and were flexible in providing creative solutions. We could feel the excitement that Leo had to help with our projects and we are thankful and pleased with the results.

We engaged Leo to redesign our cottage log home kitchen, entrance and main bathroom. Leo is such a pleasure to work with! She took the time to really listen and understand what was important for us and was very diligent in all phases of the project. She is extremely detail oriented and has a real talent in bringing ideas to life like our breakfast/wine bar for entertaining. We couldn't be happier with the end result and it was delivered on time and on budget! I would highly recommend Leo for any project!

Outstanding!!! Our experience with Leonia was professional, courteous , respectful and FUN! Small cottage, waterfront, open concept, and lots and lots of windows! Despite that our location was long distance, (2.5 hr drive), and the chaos of COVID, delays with cabinets etc she made our renovation experience a very positive one! I have had the pleasure of working with Leonia Azevedo from Bouchard Design for two kitchen renovations, in rather small and challenging spaces. The first renovation was at my home in 2016; we had a galley kitchen which adjoined the dining room but we didn’t want to open up the wall between the two as we like the formal, separate dining space for entertaining. Leonia was able to create a lovely functional space with lots of very efficient storage. She took care of all the details, helping us to select the colour palette for the kitchen and the adjoining dining and family rooms. She presented us with a range of options for flooring, countertops, backsplash, cabinetry, hardware and appliances, explaining the levels of quality and the price points. She created a big pantry with large pull out drawers that allow us to easily see and access the contents. Other features include drawer organizers, a large Lazy Susan for the corner cabinet, and dividers in the deep cabinets over the fridge for storage of large trays, cookie sheets and chopping boards. My favourite feature is a shallow full height cabinet beside the fridge that, in addition to containing a notice board, has multiple shelves for spices and taller oil and vinegar bottles. We were very pleased with the outcome and our guests have been very impressed with the design, functionality and quality of our new kitchen! Last year, 2019, we worked with Leonia again to renovate the kitchen in our cottage which is an A-frame with a very small existing kitchen footprint. We didn’t have much room to expand but Leo maximized the space, creating flow with the rest of the great room. Once again she provided the options for countertops, backsplash, cabinetry, hardware and appliances. She advised us on the selection of colours and floorings for the entire cottage. As this was a cottage with a narrow access road, Leo arranged for a “white glove” delivery service, ensuring that the moving van could actually access our property. We are just delighted with the space and have received rave reviews for the changes that Leonia has helped us to make. We highly recommend Bouchard Design and Leoonia and look forward to working with them again on future design projects.

We completed two projects with the help of Eleanor and Leo. We were so pleased that we are now planning our third! Bringing our projects to life (kitchen, laundry, baths and more) put us in touch with many along the way (contractors, trades, suppliers, manufacturers, etc.) and, while they were all great, it was hard to match the level of service provided by Bouchard Design. Eleanor and Leo are highly professional, knowledgeable, trust-worthy, detail-oriented, responsive, flexible and well-connected. We can't say enough about how happy we are with both the service and the end results. Home renovations are big investments and we feel very confident in the outcomes working with Eleanor and Leo. The rating scale only goes to 5 stars but we would rate them at 6 stars!
