My husband and I chose Wyeth Custom Homes {"WCH") to build our home (3 story 10,000 square feet with a pool, tennis court and park-like play yard) 11 years ago. We have been SO happy with the results! So happy, in fact, that we chose Wyeth Custom Homes to build our vacation home, guest house and boat house 5 years ago. We were thrilled with the results of that project as well! In fact, the quality, integrity, reliability and follow up were so positive we've also used them for several commercial (office) projects. One was just completed for us in the Bridgepoint area. Once again, a job well done. Pete Wyeth is a trustworthy, service oriented, highly competent builder and unlike most builders, he is on site virtually every day. Pete loves what he does and it shows. Our homes were designed by 2 different architects. The homes are Texas contemporary, large and complicated (permanent residence with court and pool is on a very sloped lot). Pete brings a positive, can-do attitude. It has to be highly unusual to develop a personal friendship with your builder during and AFTER completing a home. We think of everyone at Wyeth Custom Homes as family friends and would choose them again in a heart beat. WCH provides reasonable bids and while they may not be the lowest bid, I am confident that the bid is realistic (no surprises after you have signed a contract). Wyeth Custom Homes strives to provide the highest quality work product. We are grateful for our two beautiful homes! We are also glad to know such stand-up people!!!

Pete Wyeth is one of the premier builders in Texas with a passion for quality. He provides a high level of knowledge on all aspects of the home and gives great input when decisions need to be made. I would go with Wyeth over any other builder hands down.

Pete and his team were fantastic to work with. They were transparent, timely in communications, didn't cut corners, and thought more like an owner of the project than just a pure contractor. With all the horror stories you hear about a new build (time and cost overruns), I couldn't be happier to say our experience with Pete and the rest of our team was the complete opposite: we were incredibly close to being on budget and on time with variances well documented and agreed to vs. being crazy unbudgeted surprises.
