This was a renovation of an attic into a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Work was completed on a timely basis and the work area was kept relatively tidy. They consulted with me on all aspects of the renovation that had a financial impact or design impact and made recommendations on the project. While some of the recommendations added to the cost, the value that it added to my residence and my enjoyment of the space more than offset the added cost and, in hindsight, i am glad I accepted those recommendations. CB Design finished our unfinished basement. They did a fantastic job within the budget and almost on time. They came back to fix deficiencies at the end of the job and recommended some very helpful upgrades that we did not think of. Besides doing the demo and the reno, they came up with a fantastic design for the basement that maximized space and minimized energy usage. I only regret that we don't have more work for them.
