CK remodeled our kitchen and we just love it. Clint and his team were very responsive to our questions and needs and we would highly recommend them for anyone considering remodel or new construction. All of their work is top notch and completed on time.

Clint does a great job and works his best to meet all project deadlines. He is easy to talk with and trustworthy. I valued his input on important project decisions.

Working with Clint was great. We had a large project that included reframing about a third of our house due to termite damage, built a new covered patio and outdoor kitchen, tongue-in-groove ceilings, new windows throughout, new siding, complete gut and remodel of mother-in-law suite, new built-in entertainment center, copper awning and several other projects. He worked with my wife and I throughout the remodel on the small creative details that would give our house character. Some of these details are shown in the outdoor kitchen and copper awning which we love.

Clint & CK Development are the most professional and by far the most creative contractor that I've ever worked with. I highly recommend CK Dev. especially for any high end remodels or renovations.

Highly recommend !!! In 2015 I had an attic fire, most of my home had to be demolished and rebuilt, Clint and his team took the upmost care in reconstructing and preserving what I had including a hand painted wall mural by a local artist, he was always available, never had a problem with changes and was insightful and helpful with his guidance every step of the way. He completed the project exactly when he said and brought the cost in right on budget. Having been involved in the building industry locally for much of my life I can honestly say he is the real deal and if you have to wait for him he’s worth it if you want the job done right.

Clint is very detail oriented and makes sure the project is completed correctly. He has good subs. Any issue was handled professionally and he corrected it without hassle. He stays calm and finds a solution. I wish I would have asked for his opinion more often before I made a decision. He is very knowledgeable.

This is the second house remodel Clint has worked on for us and we are very pleased. The quality of work is outstanding and he will work with you to make sure you are happy with the final product.

CK Development is all that you can ask for in a contractor. Clint and his team are honest, transparent, and reliable. We were living 3000 miles away from our renovation and we never had to worry about the job being done right. I did a total home renovation and interviewed several contractors. Besides his ringing endorsements from previous clients, what set Clint apart from the rest was his creative solutions. Most contractors when presented with a problem will tell you "why" they can't do something, Clint will tell you "how" he could tackle it. He had several design suggestions that greatly improved the results of our project. Also, during the course of construction if Clint found a flaw, he fixed it--no quibbling, no problem. Finally, CK Development's team of sub-contractors enjoy working for Clint and do some of the best work in the area. They are responsive and there was very little down time during our renovation. I would not hesitate using CK Development again. If you can get on Clint's schedule, hire him!

After much searching we chose CK development to build our new home in the lake washington area. Clint was so easy to work with, very professional, good listener with excellent problem solving skills. We asked Clint to build us a solid quality home and thats exactly what we received. Very pleased with Clint, staff and all trades involved. We love our new home and would highly recommend CK Development. Clint will be the only builder for us in the future.

After talking with some of CK DEVELOPMENTS previous clients and walking thru their completed houses my wife and I decided to sign a contract with Clint Kicinski and his company CK Development, to build our custom 2350sq' Key West style house in the South Melbourne beaches. The construction took about 11 months as planned and the cost came in just under budget. During the construction Clint was there onsite taking care of things that would come up unexpectedly, or he would be a phone call away for any questions I would want to ask him. Any problems that came up he would address them and solve them quickly. Any changes my wife and I decided to make like repositioning a bath window, adding interior trim on some windows,changing the kitchen sink etc... Clint took care of with no problem or resistance. His subcontractors for the job all seemed to be dependable, responsible tradesmen that wanted to do their jobs right. Clint is an easy going, but serious and honest professional. I have been associated with Mr. Kicinski as both a subcontractor and customer. I am a designer and appreciate that Clint rarely takes issue with architectural or structural designs. He can be trusted to build the structure as designed without using cheap substitutes or questioning structural requirements. He can be relied upon to always pay his bills before due and has a wave of subcontractors that enjoy working under his direction. As a customer, Clint directed exterior renovations and a detached garage at my house. The project ran smoothly (even in the wake of limited resources due to high demand for subcontractors). My experience with CK Development and Clint has been wonderful. He has done beautiful work re-designing and build out of my master bath and bedroom. In addition he is currently working on renovating my oceanfront home on the exterior. I would recommend Clint for my neighbors and would not hesitate to have him to do more work for me. Not only is his work outstanding, he has a wonderful way of making everything ok!
