A total of 700 square feet was added on both ends of this riverside home. The living space was extended and a covered lanai was added to the north end of the house while the master bedroom and bath were extended on the south side. Five support columns were removed and the header was raised by almost a foot along the entire rear of the home expanding the river view. All windows and doors were replaced as well.
