Dave, Steve, Eddy and Gil did a fantastic job on my renovation. We started with a chopped up loft with an early 90's vibe, and ended with a modern industrial condo in South Boston. They redid the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and added a bedroom. The results are amazing, I'm very happy with the work. 10/10 would recommend! Beacon did a great job on my kitchen renovation. My house is very old and had a few surprises and the guys handled everyone. My only minor complaint is the time it took- my kitchen was out of service for 4+ months.

I have had the pleasure to work with Dave and his crew on many projects, both large and small. As an Interior Designer I work with contractors on a regular basis. Dave is always willing to go the extra mile for a client and isn't happy until the client is happy. Quality workmanship and pride in the finished project sets Beacon Construction apart from the rest.

I brought in David and Steve to work with me on reviving an antique Victorian house for a family of 5. They handled the finish carpentry, new flooring in 2 rooms, and refinishing the floors throughout the 3-level house. We were on a tight, and ever-changing schedule due to the family expecting a new baby, and they did everything possible to get their work done in a series of very small windows of time. Their team did a fabulous job, everyone was very respectful and clean while working after the family had moved in. All their work was high quality, communication was good, and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
