Creative Stone Landscaping

You would be hard pressed to find a more detailed dedicated high quality stone craftsman in the country. I served with Brian in Germany for two years where he began his old world stone craftsman trade. I have known Brian and seen his work in both Germany and in Tennessee for almost 35 years. I know that his integrity would not let him sign off on a job unless it was perfect….

Could not be happier with the stone work that Brian and his team did for us! We needed a small patio area and sidewalk up the side of our house constructed. Also, we had a trash enclosure that had been very poorly constructed and floor was terrible. Brian and his crew fixed it all, even connected our new downspouts off our new screened porch to the existing drainage system! They worked tirelessly, and did above and beyond quality workmanship! Brian's price was competitive and fair. Our neighbor was so pleased that he hired Brian and his crew to put a sidewalk down the side of their house as well! We will enjoy his work for many, many years! Our job was not terribly complex or large, but he treated it with the same priority as a larger, high paying job.

Who has a fantastic experience with a pool/hardscape project?! Unheard of, right?! Not for us! Brian, Mark, and their team did a AMAZING job! 1. They communicated every step of the project 2. They showed up every day in all weather elements and delivered, 3. They exceed expectations with an amazing backyard oasis, one we didn’t even imagine from the start of the project. I had heard horror stories with neighbors having terrible experiences with their in-ground pool builds, where they had to call the contractors daily to see if they’d show up (because most pool companies take on several pool jobs at once), had construction issues, had to do their own subcontracting for lighting, heating, landscape, etc. Creative Stone does it all! Seriously fantastic experience. So good two of my next door neighbors have signed for projects, one is putting in their own pool bc of the professionalism and quality of work they witnessed with ours.

We were thoroughly pleased with the work Brian Costigan and his team did at our home. We had a new paver patio with a seating wall and gas fire pit installed. Brian contacted me the day I put in a request and was out the next day to get a better idea of what we were looking to do. He was extremely thorough and brought up ideas that we had never thought of. Although Creative Stone was slightly higher than some with their estimate, we knew we were willing to pay more because we trusted the job would be done right. And we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our back patio has been home to multiple parties already for our teenagers. 2017 UPDATE: On this beautiful Memorial Day, two years after we had our patio built from Creative Stone Landscaping, we are enjoying our back yard better than when the job was completed. As we have had questions about the upkeep of our back yard, Mark has always been accessible with any answers and in a timely manner. We are looking into redoing the fence in your back yard and if we do we will for sure be working with Creative Stone. We found Creative Stone Landscaping on HOUZZ and could not be more happy with the work that was done. The pictures attached don't do justice, check out the pictures under BRINER RESIDENCE. From the very beginning of the process working with Mark was great. He came back with various ideas and was open to any suggestions or questions that we had. During the construction process they were clean, courteous and even open for changes during the process. Having Mark on site everyday was comforting and knowing that every inch of detail was being focused on. Since completion we have spent more time in our backyard patio area than we have spent there since we moved here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The workmanship and work ethic that Brian, Mark and their entire crew displayed throughout our entire stone patio and walkway project was absolutely outstanding. It does not get any better than this folks!!!!! They showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they would do and when they left our property, except for the fabulous living area they left us, we would have never ven known that they were here. If you are thinking of having landscaping or stonework done outside you should make your first phone call to Brian at Creative Stone Landscaping. I can't even begin to tell you what a pleasant experience this has been for both me and my wife. We will enjoy our new outside living area for years to come. We are so pleased with the Creative Stone team! They create beautiful, quality living spaces. Brian (owner) worked closely with us from day one to understand our design vision and our budget. We are so happy with our new outdoor space and highly recommend their services.

We had a narrow, falling down retaining driveway brick wall and a large sloping hillside and we wanted to put in a natural stone retaining wall and to regrade the sloping hill to hold a patio and fire pit. Brian and Mark were very quick at getting back to us with their reasonable quote and we didn't feel like we were being pushed into going with another type of stone or pushed to change our vision of the project. At Brian's suggestion, he moved the excess dirt to a section of our sloping hill and terraced it, giving us more livable space than expected, and saving us the removal fee. In addition, we originally thought we would have them just do prep work for a patio and fire pit and we would do the finish work but because of the quality of their work, we ultimately had them finish both. The whole project moved quickly, though there were delays due to weather - lots of snow and rain this year. We are very pleased with the final look and have had many compliments from the neighbors!
