David's unique expertise and decades of experience made him the perfect person to rebuild our basement bathroom from the ground up. His plumbing background was a huge plus and made us comfortable knowing that we'd never have to deal with mold and moisture issues again. David even corrected plumbing problems from a previous contractor and installed a shower kit that was a superior solution to what most Georgia contractors use! David and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and can build and repair just about anything inside and outside the home. They did a fantastic job with everything from hanging new drywall, installing the new toilet/shower/vanity, and doing some challenging tiling work. David was a great communicator and patiently guided us through every step of the project. Now our bathroom is gorgeous and structurally sound, so we never have to worry about it again! We had about half a dozen contractors and companies come out to give quotes for our Patio Cover project. Dave came out and gave us a free consultation, and we knew before he left that we were going to choose him. He's a master craftsman with an impressive portfolio of work. His prices were very reasonable. He's very forthright and straightforward --- and a great communicator (something that I now value greatly in contractors, after hiring some that had English as a second language) . He told us that he'd be able to have the patio cover built in three days.... Initially, we thought he was kidding, as we have had friends have similar house projects that have taken weeks to complete. We're so glad we chose Dave! He and his team were flexible with our design requests, and the Patio Cover turned out amazing!! And they really did have it completed in three days, with skylights! We had Dave and his team put a sliding glass door in as well, which they did an amazing job with. He has also helped us find some other contractors for some electrical and cement work.
