De-clutter & Décor

I met with Karlene back in December to discuss decorating several rooms in my home and a kitchen remodel. I'm a single dad with a decent design eye but have a huge problem designing and executing my own space. Karlene was able to come in and sift through my ideas and communicate an effective way of applying them. Along with providing additional ideas that would work with my style and my vision. She took the time to explain several scenarios and guide me through issues that may arise as well as solution. In my consultation, Karlene showed me her value as design asset which I will definitely look to utilize in 2016.

Karlene was wonderful and full of decorating ideas. As we are updating our house, she gave us helpful ideas on how to modernize our 1980's home with many price point options. I am looking forward to working with her again.

Very enjoyable and productive experience with Karlene. She is a very lovely person. She allowed me to pay for an extra hour while she was at my home for our consultation and we got to work de-cluttering and redecorating some spaces in my home. Learned about cleaning those silk plant arrangements, and really removing most of them. About SHOWCASING and that "LESS is often MORE" She was highly motivating and I was able to make terrific progress continuing what we started even after she left. Thanks Karlene :)

It was a great experience working with Karlene. She was professional, prompt, courteous and very effective in De-cluttering my home. I am in the process of selling my current home and building another and will definitely consider using her once my new home is completed for her assistance and expertise in decorating and placing my belongings in my new home.

I found Karlene through the groupon she offered and after just 15 minutes of the the 2 hour groupon, I knew I wanted to hire her to help decorate various rooms in my house. She helped me picked out some great colors for many rooms and my shutters outside. She went shopping with me so that we could pick out accessories and furniture together but had done the leg work to narrow down the stores.

Karlene with De-clutter & Decor came out to survey my new home and it was such an informative and pleasant visit. She was able to effortlessly pair her knowledge of style and space planning with my vision. She pointed out areas and concepts that I failed to consider and gave me a blueprint to get started. Now I'm excited about decorating my new home. As an added bonus, her prices are reasonable as well.

Karlene has provided invaluable advice to help us choose color combinations, placement of pictures, furniture choices, and general decor that does not appear cluttered. We are still working with Karlene and she is very knowledgeable about the different styles of decorating. She is very patient and has helped us blend two different style preferences and has become a mediator between my husband and I. Karlene has also kept us from making some poor purchasing decisions. We highly recommend Karlene because she is very thorough and is able to work within our budget on a consultative basis.
