We had an amazing experience working with Avalon Interiors. Tracy locked onto our vision for the house, deploying her considerable powers to see our "down-to-the-studs" renovation though on time and on budget. She's got a great eye, but the level of service she provides goes well beyond interior design. We appreciate Tracy's commitment to detail, her tenacity in sourcing finishes and trades, and her uncompromising approach to construction management. We would be thrilled to work with Tracy and her crew again, but our home is so beautiful now, it's tough to imagine living anywhere else.

I consider myself very lucky to have worked with Tracy on our renovation project, as I needed a designer who would not only target the design to our specific objectives, but also project manage the renovation for me. Tracy listens well, is both creative and practical, and has an incredible team that she works with to implement her designs. She communicates well and is able to navigate among different personalities. Tracy's experience level means that she has a number of different resources she can call upon to address challenging situations. It's been a true pleasure working with her.

Tracy Kundell designed, managed and executed our kitchen reno with incredible skill and creativity. Right away, we knew she was very experienced designer. She took our initial ideas -- knocking down the wall separating the dining room and kitchen, gutting the kitchen, replacing hardwood floors, etc, -- and completely transformed our main floor. Both my husband and I were apprehensive but Tracy helped us step by step with the planning, the sourcing of supplies, the designing of the new space to maximize flow, even with the moving. She hired us the most awesome movers. Her contractor Joe was also incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a couple of incidents with the power circuit and the A/C during demolition annd installation. Both Tracy and Joe were on top of things right away. Tracy very generously replaced the hardware on our doors to match the new closet doors. We are slowly moving into our new kitchen. We love it and we would highly recommend Tracy and her team. Avalon Interiors did a spectacular job!

We just love Avalon Interiors' design firm. They have a great eye for creating one-of-a-kind spaces, timeless and beautiful interiors. Not only did they use one of our baths for a bathroom remodel project, but they made it an original piece by custom-building a frame/cabinet to incorporate in the design. The result is stunning! We would definitely recommend Avalon Interiors.

As my home renovation plans were very large, going to cost me many hundreds of thousands of dollars, and take five months to complete, I needed a designer, project manager and contractor that I could trust to not only provide a high quality of work, but also deliver what they promise, on time. Trust was very important in the relationship that I was looking for, and Avalon Interiors alone, fit all my needs, without disappointment. My project included the renovation of many areas of the house, including; multiple bathrooms, bedrooms, theatre & entertainment areas, home gym and office. Due to the magnitude of this project, there were many opportunities for problems and surprises. However, every step was handled professionally and with positive results.

Tracy of Avalon Interiors is a very professional designer, wonderfully creative and very knowledgable in the field of interior design. She has helped us choose wall colours for every room of our new home as well as design our unfinished basement, each step with careful and open minded conversation with us along the way. Open to our desires and ready to guide us through the process to a successful end she has been wonderful to work with.

Tracy was very professional and kept the job and trades moving along and on schedule. A brand New Kitchen, with a new sliding door replacing a bay window, interior walls removed and replaced, old hardwood floor removed and new hardwood laid throughout the main floor. And all in one month! Very Happy with the Design and craftsmanship and the Timing. Whenever I called Tracy she was very quick to return my phone calls and answer any questions i had. Very satisfied. I would hired Tracy again for any other project.

Tracy of Avalon Interiors was able to transform our two bathrooms in our condo from old and out-dated (30 years old) to modern and making the most of the space available. The old ensuite bathroom had a vanity that was outside the shower/toilet room. Tracy was able to create a design that created a new larger room by knocking down an existing wall which enabled the vanity to now be in the same room as the shower and toilet, a huge plus as it enabled us to now install a 60 inch vanity with a lot of much needed storage. Tracy is very resourceful and full of creative ideas that we took advantage of. The contractor she used was professional, detail oriented and time sensitive, completing both bathrooms in less than 2 weeks!

My requirements to completely redesign my living room and dining room led me to Avalon Interiors. I was referred to Tracy Kundell by a friend who lives in a different province of Canada so I was pleased to know that Tracy was known both nationally and internationally. It was the best decision I made for my project. I find Tracy to be a very highly skilled and talented Interior Designer with 20 years of expertise in the field. She provides excellent service to her clients, possesses amazing creativity, demonstrates superb project management skills, and has a sensitivity to budget requirements which always includes a Plan B should unexpected challenges arise in the project. Tracy's suppliers greatly respect her which benefits the client in obtaining unusual or special requests . Having Tracy redesign and create my new living room and dining room was fun and worry-free. I loved everything she recommended. She has a knack for quickly evaluating, suggesting and creating a client's style. I'm ecstatic with my new place. It is comfortable, functional and so beautifully put together that I now enjoy spending more time at home and, most of all, I am so proud to show it off to my guests !

Tracy's vision, design and execution were fantastic. I have an amazing space that I love to be in. The design is smart and user friendly. She is easy to work with and has a keen eye for detail. Her contracting team were clean, friendly, meticulous. They did am amazing job and finished my kitchen 6 weeks after the demo. It was exactly when they said they would be done. I hired Tracy to re-do the main floor of my house and bring it into the 21 Century. She was very professional and, any time I added something, she always kept me informed of price changes. We chose everything together and her suppliers were extremely helpful. The work was completed on schedule and on budget and her contractors always cleaned up before they left. I am starting to re-do the top floor of my house in the fall and Tracy is the only one I trust to do an excellent job.
