Design Edge was incredible. The proprietor is Adriana. She is a true visionary. She was on time, on schedule and on budget. She understood my vision and delivered plans that were exactly what I had in mind. She foresaw issues, explained them clearly and dealt with them before they became problems. The plans were for the renovation of an historic barn on our property. I delivered them as a present to my wife who was absolutely floored. I would recommend Design Edge to any and everyone. I cannot wait to partner with Adriana on my next project!

Adriana helped us remodel our den, kitchen and bathroom. She made herself available to us via Skype even though we were in Texas and worked around our VERY busy schedule... she's very easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile. Second, she drew official building plans for a new bathroom addition... which we're exactly what we wanted. She always explained why she liked our ideas or wanted to modify them and without her help we would have made a ton of mistakes... Bottom line: professional, works for an incredibly good price, she has tons of experience, and our house looks amazing with her help. Adriana worked with my wife and I on a big remodel of our new home. We completely remodeled the den, kitchen, bathroom as well as a wood shop. She used her extensive background in architecture to help us come up with a new layout for the kitchen, which looks absolutely amazing. We also had her draw plans for an additional bathroom that we ultimately decided not to build.... Which was unfortunate because her design was incredible. That's Adriana's greatest strength, her ability to visualize a space and incorporate the amenities you ask for without compromising the layout. I highly recommend her. The price she charges is the best value out there. I would highly recommend her services. At least call her for a consult. You won't be disappointed. She also made herself available to us via Skype from across the country. Very easy to work with and worth every penny!

Wow! I purchased a home in Winston-Salem and want to have the kitchen and dinging room combined. I have strong feelings about what I want. Adriana expertly advised on what was best for the space while keeping in mind what I want! I love working with Adriana. She has made the long distance relationship (I'm in Chicago) workable and enjoyable. I look forward to working with her as I continue to transform our home.

My husband and I used Adriana Granados after receiving a recommendation from a friend who had used her services. There was not one detail left unfinished. Adriana's advise and coaching have been very valuable for my project. I had a tight budget for remodeling a galley kitchen and converting a screened-in porch to a sunroom addition to my master bedroom. She helped me stay within budget and choose budget friendly quality products. She also helped me organize my project and is a joy to work with.

Adriana Granados worked with my husband and I in giving a lift to the interior of our house which was very much needed. She recommended a professional person who could remove the wallpaper and paint those walls. We were extremely please with the person she recommended and with her constant involvement in making sure that things were done well. She was very helpful picking out the colors for the painting of several of the rooms, making sure that the colors went well with the furniture and rugs that we didn't want to replace. She was instrumental in combining the colors and in suggesting where to paint different colors for the wood work. The results were fantastic! The color combination were perfect and the house now has an elegant and modern look thanks to Adriana's professional knowledge and good eye for colors that go well, and that were to our liking. It was helpful to envision how things would look when she used an app on her phone to see the different combinations. She also helped us with updating all the window treatments of the house, we had mini blinds all over and we wanted a different look in the different rooms. Again, Adriana gave us some fantastic suggestions, she photo shopped different window treatment on our windows so we could again envision what the end result would be and we are very pleased with the outcome.. I would highly recommend Adriana because of her talent to decorate and her excellent vision of what works, also her work ethics and the fact that she listen to her customers and finds the way to come up with ideas that are of your liking and yet they are different and innovative.

For several years, we had wanted to remodel the outdated kitchen in our 1960s-era home, and we had taken a few, tentative steps on our own, gathering information about new cabinets and appliances, both on line and by visiting retailers, including the big box stores. We found that our enthusiasm for the project was repeatedly dampened by our growing awareness of its complexity, the huge variety of choices we faced, our lack of design experience, and our limited budget. For inspiration, we attended the Winston-Salem Home Show, and there we learned about Adriana Granados and Design Edge from an exhibitor. We contacted her soon thereafter and arranged a consultation in our home. We quickly discovered that Adriana was the person who could guide us comfortably through the design, selection, and construction process from start to finish. Through her collaborative design approach, she asked lots of questions to identify our preferences, assigned us homework, and tailored her design recommendations to our budget. She used her considerable experience and contacts to: provide us several floor plans and elevations; suggest reliable local suppliers and contractors, and make specific suggestions on flooring, lighting, countertops, and wall colors.
