Design Elite

We had a wonderful time designing our home with Design Elite. Gary and Paulo were outstanding. We love the final product which is the direct result of the attention to detail they put in from the initial drawings to the final design. Gary listened to the vision we had for our home and spent a significant amount of time trying to determine where the exact placement of our house should be to take full advantage of the views. We so appreciated Gary and Paulo’s patience and encouragement as we navigated every design decision as first-time home builders. We would highly recommend Design Elite to anyone planning to design a home. They made the entire process enjoyable and exciting.

We were very pleased with Frankie (Sensitive Infromation Hidden) who worked with Gary and Kelly to create a lovely plan for our new home. Design Elite was an easy choice for us as they were already familiar with our steep lot. They worked with the topography and our builder to create a beautiful architectural plan staying within our budget. Now to build it!

I would highly recommend Gary and his team for anyone that’s thinking about building a new home. Their professionalism through our process was unmatched and was very open to our ideas. They truly made our dream home come to fruition.

Our Architect, Garry Price and his Arch./CAD Assistant, Kathy LeHew have been creatively dynamic; architecturally sound with the experience to drive designed concepts for real construction application; responsive to our requests for call-meetings, floor plan or other changes, and production drawings. From the onset of our home construction search, we were introduced to Garry by a Builder, whom we didn't end up using, yet we kept Design Elite because of the rapid understanding or our desired floor plan layout, living flow and use of outdoor spaces; and his willingness to listen, and rapidly transfer our concept to paper. His ability to coordinate with the HOA for approval and the General Contractor for construction application have been predictive, responsive and accurate...all of which has saved us time...and money. As a Communication Network Designer, I understand their excellence at their design craft is one thing that some can meet, but their commitment to listening and putting unique, complex ideas on paper rapidly in a manner that can be transferred to cost effective construction is one aspect that not many can or commit to replicate. We wish Design Elite the best and recommend them highly.

We love Design Elite! From the time we began working with them, they have been both responsive and gave us great insight into design elements. We made adjustments easily and in the end, the exterior and interior designs were exactly how we envisioned if not better. We would not change a thing about our house! We required some modifications to the design, which after site review and discussion with our builder, were accomplished. I was referred to Garry and Mark at Design Elite by a friend who had worked with them on several projects. I wanted to build a craftsman style home, but faced some challenges due to the configuration of the lot. After an initial consultation Garry came up with a design that perfectly captured what I was looking for. We fine tuned the plans and by the third meeting we had a design with all the detail of the craftsman style together with elements that made it unique to us. Garry and Mark have also been very responsive to questions that arose during construction. They really "hear" what you are saying, tell you candidly when your idea is not so smart and then offer you alternatives to solve your issue.
