Very happy with our decision to have Dietrich Homes build our home. Everyone on the team was great to work with and they made the entire process very easy from design all the way through closing. Every custom project has some tweaks that need to be addressed, and getting those sorted out after moving in was a piece of cake as well. Thank you to Clay, Tom, Heather, Melissa, Rachel, Ben, Josh, Zack and all the vendors and sub-contractors that worked on our project. It had been a long time coming, and so far the first year and a half living there has been great!

I loved the process of building a home with Dietrich so much I would do it again. However, I love my home so much there is no reason to build again. I highly recommend them. They pay attention to details and create a quality product!

Dietrich Homes built our original house in 1994. We had such a great building experience! In 2013 we had them back for a major update and remodel project throughout the house. Deciding to build was a Hugh decision for us and finding the right builder was key. I had the opportunity to see two of Dietrich Homes completed properties and I was so impressed with workmanship, detail and design. My husband and I met with Clay and toured one of his Parade of Homes show case homes. We knew at this point that this was the builder we wanted to entrust the building of our dream home to.
