“They exceeded expectations in almost all categories. During the introductory stage they met with us immediately at their office and listened to what we wanted and then made some recommendations on house plans to use. We narrowed down the plan and then set off to visit some of their current or recent builds so we could visualize the plans. This was helpful to allow us to make more informed decisions. They consistently treated us like their only and #1 customer which is much appreciated. They laid out the timeline and costs and this was open and honest from the get go. They kept us involved throughout the process and asked questions promptly when it was necessary. They ended up finishing three weeks ahead of schedule and the new house was even better then we ever dreamed of. They were great to work with and set themselves apart from others in the industry by their honesty, communication, customer service, and meeting of deadlines. I would build with them again in a heartbeat!”

We had adaptations we wanted to make to the Bloomington and Platinum was excited to accommodate those requests. “Krueger Construction built our new home and the process was done in a timely manner and within budget. The entire process was a joy and almost completely stress free. All of the employees were easy to work with and did everything to meet our needs and give us our dream home. They were receptive to changes and corrections that needed to be made during the process. Equally impressive was after we had moved into our new home there were a few minor repairs and they made those in a quick manner as well. They didn't push to the back of the line just because our house was completed.
