Steer clear of US Door and More. They will not stand behind damaged products. I ordered a $2400 door from them. When it arrived, it was well packaged with no apparent damage. We installed the door and removed the opaque protective film from the glass. Underneath, there was a huge, deep scratch in the glass. It had obviously left the factory in that condition. My contractor and I reported it and filed a claim. Candice, the complaint manager couldn’t have cared less. I will never buy their products again. Go elsewhere for a company that cares about quality doors and customer satisfaction.

We had shopped for doors for our new build locally and had sticker shock. We found this company online and took a chance on them since the cost was about half of our previous quotes. The doors arrived and they exceeded our expectations. They are gorgeous and very well made and heavy. We are thrilled with our purchase!

When it was time to update our front door after 22 years, I found a beautiful door on their website that I could not find anywhere else. I’d never seen anything like it before. We ordered the door and when it arrived it was even more stunning in person. Mahogany, outstanding craftsmanship, beautiful round window with leaded glass. It leaves the most beautiful shadow and prisms on our entry wall. They kept in touch with us throughout the process. We could not be more thrilled with it and we have the most gorgeous door – and a one of a kind – in our entire beach area. Accented with navy blue painted sidelights (existing). Highly recommend!

I was referred by a local installer, who said they delivered high-quality products. I bought the door within 3-4 days and it was done very well. The frame is made in the shop at the building and that helped us bypass the waiting line since they could make it quickly. The door is solid and locks well. I am very satisfied with this purchase, and it has been over a few months since installation. The installation was quick and efficient, and the crew cleaned up very well. The door has been working well so far but will update you if anything changes. It's a good quality door at an affordable price. Overall, it was a good experience with the company. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality door at affordable prices.

This company does not stand behind it’s work. I purchased an expensive front door, for which I paid an additional $1k to have stained by them. The door came - my mistake - I did not inspect the door. Our contractor installed it, then commented on what a horrible stain job. There are streaks, ‘blank’ areas, and the entire door and sidelights should’ve been sanded for smoothness before applying the top clear coat. It really is a very poor job. I filed a defect - based on the pictures I sent, Doors & More agreed it is defective. All I need to do is uninstall the door/sidelights and send it back, then they’ll do it right, send it back to me, and all I have to do is re-install the door/sidelights. Absolutely crazy. I agree - should’ve inspected that door and sent it back right away. Big mistake on my part, but I would expect a company to stand behind it’s product and the work done by it’s employees.

I have purchased bi-fold doors from this company twice, in the spring of 2021 and in the summer of 2022. When I called to place the order, the support staff was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and assisting me with the selection of the product based on my need. Communization with the support staff was excellent. They were available during business hours M-F to track and inform about the status of my order by phone and email. From order to delivery, it took about 5 to 6 weeks. After I received my doors, I had them installed and they look fantastic!!!! This product is very good, the doors are made in the U.S. and they are of high quality. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend purchasing products from this company.

We are an Installation company in Tampa. We have been working with Us Door for a few years. We believe they manufacturer a really high quality Mahogany door with a reasonable price. We have seen minor issues with parts during the Installation, but they always fixed it in a timely manner and our crews never complained about it. Proudly, we suggest them to our new customers when they ask for other door suppliers. One of the main reasons we work with them is the CEO, he is always available and monitoring the company process closely to make sure it is all going correctly and towards the company's vison.

Updated 8/18: US Door & More shipped me a door that arrived damaged and I previously wrote a 1 star review. After they reviewed the situation they feel that the broken and scratched front door they sent me was damaged due to the freight shipper and pointed out that I did not buy freight insurance. Although they did not completely replace it, they did agree to send me a new replacement glass panel so that I can have a carpenter replace the glass at my expense. They also agreed to send me a new door jamb which we can mortise and drill on site so that the door lines up and closes properly. I am SATISFIED with the result all things considered and want to make an enormous thank you to Candice M. who handled my claim and acted like "Switzerland" between me and the company. She is a good person who is in the perfect role! Janice turned around a bad situation and converted me to a person who WOULD buy from US Door & More again. When you buy a $3500 door, you expect a certain level of service and I would say Candice stepped in and provided as close to that level of service as she could within the constraints of her employer. Original review: I'm writing this review here and am happy to edit or change it once I have a resolution to my issue. We ordered two doors and a sidelight from this company. The main front door arrived 1. with broken glass, 2. scratched and gouged because the broken glass got between this door and another door shipped in the same box with no packing between the doors and 3. the door slab does not match the jamb in terms of hinge location or lockset location. I opened a claim 3011585016 but so far it is impossible to speak to a human being and I have no idea when, if , or how this will get resolved. I just called the phone number in the signature of my contact at the company and got a message the number is not setup to receive calls. Meanwhile, I cannot get a framing inspection for my home until we have this door installed. I'm hoping for the best but so far I am very let down about my first experience with customer service after the sale. When I call the company, if I choose anything having to do with damage or claim it is impossible to get to a human...only a menu option telling me to email them.

BUY YOUR DOORS ELSEWHERE. Terrible communication, product ran three months late, showed up defective (they completely failed to prepare the jambs for the proper threshold I ordered) and damaged (chipped and splintered corners and sides). They shipped three doors without protection between them! Then their only remedy was to ship the doors back at my own expense, not an option because my project had already been delayed by MONTHS. They are truly AWFUL to work with.

I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a new door. After spending more than $11k, it took more than 5 months to receive the initial portion of the order, which was not complete. The transom was missing, which created delays of nearly another month. When my contractor finally installed the doors, the order was missing or included incorrect moldings, and a slight crack in the glass. Poor service, abysmal responsiveness to my concerns and a lack of attention to detail sum it up. There are plenty of other high quality options available.

Only selecting one star, because a negative star is not an option. No understanding of customer service, so please plan an extra two months for lead times. Then plan an extra two months for the next company to complete your doors.....because you will be receiving Wal-Mart quality doors from this shack of a shop. So you will be forced to wait until a legit wood-shop can build your doors. Run!

We are building a custom home and I found a beautiful door on the Door & More website.

November 2021 residential new construction custom home. During a time of supply issues and delays in almost every area of construction, US Door & More gave a realistic estimate of delivering our product and it even came early. No where locally could we get our custom front door sooner than a minimum of 3 months. US Door & More delivered a high quality product in less than 5 weeks and beat the cost by 35%. We could not have asked for more.

Doors came in expected time frame and we’re packed well. The door quality was excellent. I have received many compliments. The wood quality is good not five star but close.

The business does a very good job of managing the recent supply chain issues. They have well-trained staff and are very responsive. They made the door at half the market cost within a reasonable time frame. I have ordered doors from other companies for my two other buildings as well none have come close to this organization. I called the store directly. A sales man quickly and kindly talked me through what I thought was a complicated order form for a custom front door. He explained how to do all the measurements. I just received confirmation that I can expect to receive my new door in a month. That is only 5 weeks from the very first inquiry.

Nice looking doors. Shipped on time but took a good 8 weeks to get. Well packaged, package wasn't damaged in any way yet one of the doors did have a ding on it. They weren't easy to deal with on this issue and on exchanging some accessories that we incorrectly ordered but they eventually did the right thing. Then after the doors were installed our builder found the thresholds were only wide enough for the jamb BUT not wide enough to overlap the siding like it's supposed to, as a result the County inspector failed the installations. The Doors & More website offered no choices for threshold widths and offered no extensions either. When brought to their attention they said "that's the way we sell them, if you need a wider threshold buy an extension". AGAIN no threshold extensions on their website. Wild goose chase ensued trying to determine who made their threshold and where to get the extensions. Took all day and about 30 phone calls. The threshold manufacturer did not have extensions in stock, luckily one of their Distributors did. 2 weeks and $80 later the doors passed inspection. Overall a painful experience NEVER TO BE REPEATED.

I looked and looked for a affordable solid oak Craftsman door for my 1928. Craftsman home. I finally found a selection with US Door & More. The salesperson answered all my questions, made specific inquiries to the manufacturer. I ordered the door, it came 3 weeks before expected and the door is beautiful, the finish is perfect.

Prior to placing an order, called to make sure if the prep/delivery time is accurate on their website since we were on a tight schedule. They boasted about how realistic their time frame is. Placed an order and waited exactly 3 months for advertised 6-8 week time frame. On the delivery day, they shipped a 500lb front door without a wooden protection so it can get damaged. Well it did. You would think they know how to ship their doors across the country by now. So to recap, spent $6677. 39 for a custom prehung finished front door + door levers, missed deadline so had to reschedule our move-in date twice, and to finish it off you get a damaged door at end of the day. Amount of time wasted waiting for this door to come damaged, not to mention all the rescheduling we have to do again because of it. Slow acting/bad customer service shipping company they use doesn’t help the situation. Claim filed and pending. Let’s see if this nightmare continues…

Really like my new door. I was quoted a price by a local supplier that was almost twice the price as USDoors and had a 8 week wait period. Would definitely buy from them again.

We had a custom door built ($4,000+) and delivered in November. Two days later, the door was installed and stained. In late winter/early Spring, some of the inside trim started popping off the door. My wife submitted a claim and at the end of the process, received a refund check for $200. A few weeks later, the bottom inside panel of the door began to pop out. Again, my wife submitted a claim as this was a much larger issue at this point. After talking with contractors and trim carpenters (and receiving a few quotes), we were quoted $350 to complete the entire repair (warped panel). US Door & More outsources their claims department (it seems that way, but haven’t confirmed!). The original solution proposed by the claims department was to ship back the door. First, I don’t have the original packaging. Second, we should go without a front door for how many months while you fix the panel? After some back and forth, the claims department rescinded a $150 offer for the warped panel. Now, they claimed that we didn’t get the trim work done fast enough which MAY have caused the warped panel. Are they aware that it’s nearly impossible to schedule a trim carpenter for any small job during these crazy building times? Additionally, the two issues happened within a few weeks of each other. Unbelieve that the company wouldn’t stand behind their $4,000+ custom door. Instead, we were left with only a $200 check to cover the $350 quoted repair. You’d think, at the very least, the company would offer to cover the full cost of the repair. The process has been a pain. We owned the door for less than 5 months before we started seeing deterioration. If you’ve read this all and are considering other front doors or custom doors, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Take a chance on someone else. As you could guess, we are extremely dissatisfied and shocked with the response from the Door & More claim department.

The doors are not only beautiful they’re also heavy and well made. The customer service and help with ordering was excellent. I will definitely encourage my clients and friends looking for doors to use them.

"Love, love the style on this bi-fold door. Used it to hide shelving contents in my remodeled, tiny utility room. We hung it from the ceiling and installed the pivot point onto the wall baseboard. It gets opened 4-5 times a day and has proven to be well-built. It came primed and took paint beautifully. Suggest a light sanding, especially along the edges, to get the best look and feel when painted. Saw this style of door on Home Depot and Lowe's websites. Both were out of stock with no restocking date. So glad I found it local so I could drive over from Pinellas to pick it up.

Ordered 6 8' doors , glass inserts. when they arrived one was damaged. The process for claim was easy and comprehensive. They gave options for replacement or refund. All products were a described and door was replaced. Process was satisfactory.

Online purchases are always challenging and we did have a glitch with the wrong door coming in but Door and More made it right. I love the door and my neighbors all remark on what a gorgeous door it is.

Communication is terrible, promises aren't kept. Delivered product was defective and their only solution was for me to return it, delaying my project even more. The door took 12 weeks instead of the promised 6 and I had to continuously contact them or updates. Finally installed the the door and I noticed it was hinge sprung. The door was hung by them in such a way that it was literally hitting the door stop, which made it spring open automatically. This also caused the paint on the door (which I paid extra for them to paint) to chip where the door was hitting the door stop. I was able to fix this by filling the hinge holes with dowels and moving the hinges back 1/8 of an inch (basically the door was too think for the jamb they used and they obviously didn't test it before they sent it to me). Since I was able to fix the door, it works perfect. I emailed them asking for a partial refund since I it delayed my entire project. They reviewed my complaint but wouldn't even acknowledge my concerns. They told me only option was to return the door, which doesn't help me at all. Wouldn't do business with them again, I recommend you find another supplier.

Excellent support and service. We had a minor issue with some items during packing or shipping and they were immediately resolved by the company with no hassle. They offer a great selection of doors and related items. I would certainly use them again on other projects.

Great experience! Good price, good quality. We went with an exterior 6 lite door for our den in mahogany, unfinished. They were able to send it with an interior jamb. Jamb was very easy to assemble and install. Even with COVID , a hurricane, and the rush of orders during the pandemic they got it out in a reasonable amount of time. Freight shipping timing was reasonable, they off loaded and put it up by the house in the driveway. Well packed, nothing damaged or broken. Overall pretty seamless experience.

This is a great company to do business with. Unfortunately, I had to cancel a custom door order and the company worked with me to get part of my payment back. The staff was very good to work with and the communications was timely. I was sorry that I could not complete my order but our plans changed in designing the room where the doors were going and they were no longer needed.

Door promised 3-4 weeks. Took 6 1/2 weeks to get door. Door was finally ready to ship and they broke the glass. Accidents happen. They accidentally shipped the door without glass. When I called to say I was getting shipment notifications, they yelled at me and said it was not shipped and they were looking at it as we spoke and it was awaiting the glass replacement. All the while I was receiving detailed shipment text updates from UPS freight of every stop It made. They had it rerouted back to them when it was 40 miles from my location. They installed new glass and shipped it. Once received they had left off threshold extension needed for any exterior finish. When I called for that piece they tried to say that it’s not usually included. I had them refer to my order as I had specifically requested it included and paid for it. It took another week to receive that piece. They didn’t feel the need to get that part out with quick ship. It was sent snail mail. HELD UP BRICK COMPLETION THREE WEEKS past expected delivery. Homeowners were not happy. Door lock bores in jam were in poor condition. Wasn’t happy with jams overall. The door itself was all in all fine. But couldn’t have been a more frustrating experience. Can not recommend this company. Will not do business with them again.

I bought 1 Mahogany front door and the matching side door earlier this year and I couldn’t be happier with it. It arrived on time, was cheaper than anything I had seen and the quality seems very good. Customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the ordering process.

Ordered the door online. It was actually delivered before the estimated arrival time. The door is beautiful, very well done. It was protectively crated and delivered without a hitch. If I need more doors this would be who I go to.

I called US Door N More to ask about ordering some 6 panel doors to use as closet doors. I asked the lady who I first spoke with about using them as bifold doors and she said "Oh, yes. People do that all the time! These doors would work great for that!" and then she said that she would look into how much the doors weighed and what hardware to use and would get back to me. A couple of days went by and I didn't hear back. So, I called again. She wasn't there, but the gentleman on the phone was happy to talk to me about my project. He said "NO! You absolutely should not use these doors as bifold doors because they are too heavy. They'll look alright to start, but they will sag over time. You should do floor/ceiling hinges." Then he said he would look into hardware and call me back. A few days passed and, once again, no call back. I should have noticed a pattern at this point, but unfortunately I persisted. I called him again. He didn't recall our conversation. He had no idea what hardware to use and informed me that this company doesn't even sell hardware. I said "ok, can I at least buy the doors we discussed?" He said it would be easier if I just went online and purchased them that way. At this point I have spent upward of a week playing phone tag with these people trying to get my questions answered and doors ordered and I am right where I started: online ordering doors. On March 9th I ordered doors that were supposed to ship within 5 days according to the website. A couple of weeks went by and I finally got a call from someone. They said that they didn't have one of the sizes that I ordered, but that they would order more from the manufacturer and that the doors would all be delivered to me in mid-April. I was a little angry because all of the doors were supposed to have already been SHIPPED at that point and I was just waiting on these doors to list my home for sale. But, I reluctantly agreed and asked whether there would be any kind of a discount for the inconvenience of waiting over a month for doors that were supposed to ship within 5 days. They responded that "they didn't have the authority to do that, but they would ask." I never heard back about the discount. On April 8th, I got an email saying that the doors would be delivered on 4/30. Great... another 2 week delay. I responded via email expressing my disappointment with yet another delay and asked whether there would be any discount. My email never got a response. Fast forward to 4/26 and I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone. The doors are supposed to be delivered on 4/30 and I know that they are going to be shipped via freight from across the country, but the website says that they are still processing the order and the doors haven't been shipped. So, I'm concerned that they will not arrive by 4/30. I tried to ask the instant message customer service person on the website about my order: they didn't have any info. So, I send in emails and call. I get a call back a couple days later saying "we got the other size doors from the manufacturer, but they didn't exactly match the original doors. We didn't know what to do." THEY GOT THE DOORS AND DIDN"T KNOW WHAT TO DO!? Maybe call me and ask instead of doing absolutely nothing!? I asked him to send me pictures of the doors so I could decide whether I wanted them. They were close enough, so I said "fine, I'll take them." Once again I asked whether I would be receiving any kind of a discount for this incredible inconvenience. The guy on the phone said "I'll ask, but I don't think you are going to get anything because these doors were already discounted when you bought them." The doors arrived on 5/3. I never heard back from them about any sort of a discount for taking almost 2 months to deliver doors that were supposed to ship within 5 days and for me having to settle for mismatched doors. Oh, and the cherry on top of the poo pile: in the time that I was waiting for these doors, one of my neighbors listed her place for $70,000 less than what I was planning on listing for. Had I gotten the doors in time, my place would have already been sold before she ever listed. This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a very, very long time. I cannot believe that they think it is acceptable to do business this way. Then they had the gall to send me an email asking me to review them.

I found the perfect 8' pantry door at US Door & More. I was ordering a replacement door and wanted to make sure I got the order right. I called and the sales rep was so helpful and reassured me I was ordering what I needed. The door was delivered sooner than I thought it would be! It's beautiful with an opaque panel on the front. I love it! I strongly recommend this company. They have every size and type of door including those I couldn't find anywhere else.

We ordered a door and transom from them and it arrived at our house with out the transom. We contacted them and they were very quick at getting that corrected for us and had the transom sent. Then when it arrived and everything was unpacked to be installed we discovered the door was too tall. On their website it is sold as a set and does not get you the option to pick transom sizes. So we figured this was the final size for the entire door and transom. Days later we are asked what size transom we are wanting and we give that to them, again figuring they would take all that and give us the size we requested and paid for. When we noticed the door was the entire height and the transom was in addition we reached out to them and have been told this is our fault not theirs. I understand we selected that size but when you are not given options for transoms and it is all purchased in a set we figured that was for everything. We spent a very good amount for money to not be able to use the doors. I think they need to make their website more clear or give options for transom and give the total measurements for everything. We had no idea we would get to select a transom size so we gave the total we were needing. They have not been helpful with this part of the problem. They say someone will reach out to us from sales and it has been days with no one reaching out to us. Over all I would not recommend using this company.

extremely pleased with US Door & More. I needed a simple, somewhat modern looking door that wasn't too thick for a specific smart lock. at first I could only find modern doors with European thickness (2.75"); American smart locks typically support standard American door thickness (1.75 - 2.25"). after a lot of searching online, I finally found US Door & More. ordered my door on their website that day, delivery was on time, and the door looks great. I've gotten many compliments. happy with the entire process. I will definitely use them again for my next project.

I'm doing a total kitchen renovation, and I replaced an exterior door with a pocket door (leads to a finished room, not outside). I selected and purchased an African Wenge door from US Door (originally Maximum-204-Wenge) and planned for it to arrive during construction. The door that was shipped from the manufacturer to US Door was not of the quality they wished to ship, so I had to select another style. (Nice that they stopped the shipment during their quality control process rather than shipping me something I wouldn't like). I was really disappointed because the door I selected would go perfectly with the style of kitchen I had. The customer service people (mostly Parsa) worked diligently to get me a suitable replacement door to meet my needs and make sure it arrived on schedule. While the substitute door isn't what I had originally planned, it is a beautiful door that fits the style of my new kitchen. Pictured below is my new Modern-Lux-Wenge with some modification of silver horizontal bars to spice it up. UPS shipped my door (UPS TOTALLY SUCKS), and US Door had nothing to do with that experience, but they did have responsibility with the packaging to protect my door during shipping. The packaging of the door was fabulous - it was in a black plastic bubble-wrapped cocoon. If I had only known there was that much bubble wrap in the world, LOL.... My dad, dog, and I had great fun jumping up and down on the bubble wrap after we took out the door! Yes, I would use US Door for another project and have already bookmarked some great looking doors. I ordered pre-hung double french doors with sidelights, in advance, for a project, knowing that these are long lead items and paid full price in advance. The doors arrived on site after some delays from the manufacturer, and when we opened them prior to installation we realized that US Door & More had shipped the wrong order. Shipment received was 4 french panels 2-4" X8'-0", and the panels had a different customer name taped all over them. We contacted US Door & More to return order. They scheduled a pickup with UPS. To date, it has taken four (4) different attempts to return the shipment with UPS: UPS did not show up twice but did not bother to call us to let us know that they would not be picking up the shipment. The two (2) other times UPS showed up, they did not bring the right equipment (lift gate truck and pallet handler). There was no follow from Door & More on any of these 4 occasions, we were the ones calling Door & More to provide them with notice of failure to pick up. In the meantime, Door & More will not refund our money until they receive the shipment. To summarize, we paid in full for goods we did not receive, and our money is being retained due to the errors and omissions of others, through no fault of ours. We have not received a call back from management, although we have requested this on two occasions. Is this customer service- Update: Received a call back from US Door&More, resulting in a successful refund of my payment and a successful return of their product. The refund was immediate after discussing the issue with the Manager, and the return process was also very quick after this. The manager took the time to explain the reason for the problems with the return of the doors and made an extra effort to refund my money immediately after our discussion. This definitely shows the interest by the Company to ensure that their customers are taken care of. Thank you.

I needed 96x24 hollow core molded panel doors for a slider project in my bonus room. I found them on DoorsnMore and got them delivered quickly. The doors were in great shape and of good quality.

We had a difficulty getting the door we like locally so we decided to search it online, we found few online websites, after comparing all deals and customer service, we decided to go with Us DOOR. We were really worried as the product would ship all the way from Florida to CA, but they shared tips and tricks about receiving the door, inspection and installation, it helped us no to do anything wrong and against manufacturer policies. We were told not to accept the shipment if there was any sign of damage, also we were supposed to open and inspect the package making sure everything is included and nothing is missing, fair enough. The career scheduled the delivery, we received the package, well packed. we did the inspection and everything was perfect. The only minor matter was with the driver which we are sure it has nothing to do with US Door. Parsa took incredible care of us during this process! We would gladly work with them again and highly recommend US Door & More.

3 months after installation, the door I purchased cracked through and through, top to bottom. I could see outside. When I contacted the company, I was told nothing can be done as I did not have an overhang; this was deemed doing of the weather elements. The latter would have been true had more time than 3 months elapsed since installation, had the weather fluctuated in temperatures. I was not looking for a reimbursement, but mostly guidance. After having filled a 14 page survey, the very next day I received an email stating nothing could be done. When I asked for repair help or advice, the company rep, whom I believe is the owner stated I should avoid wooden doors without an overhang. I have 3 other wooden doors at the property. Thus far, none of them cracked. Although theis company's doors look great, the same cannot be said of the quality. There are very many wooden doors without overhangs in this city, none of which crack through so rapidly or in such a fashion. Poor craftsmanship should not come with a high price tag. Had I paid $300 more, I would have purchased a wooden door from a more reputable company. I have forwarned all friends and family, who love the appearance of the door, not to purchase doors from this company. Not only are their products of poor quality, but their customer service is very dissapointing and sketchy.

The shipping is a bit $$ when sending doors cross-country, so that's the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars, but otherwise this vendor has provided great service and the product is gorgeous. The door we ordered came with some slight blemishes, and US Door & More promptly researched the issue and provided us with clear instructions for repairing it. They even gave us a small credit for our trouble. The final product is absolutely stunning, and the door is sturdy and well made.

Doors and More had a great selection of doors at their wearhouse as well as in catalogs. The ordering process was easy. The installation had a bit of a setback, because the door was a bit too large and they had to take it back to resize. The company came back a did a wonderful finished product. Very happy with quality and professional service from Doors and More. The only advice I would give, is to have the company come measure the doors themselves. If they had come to do that for us we would not have had the problem of the door not fitting the first time around.

I had a very good experience with US Door & More. My decorator wanted me to have a custom door built for an exorbitant amount of money and the wait would have been 12-16 weeks. I found US Door online and thought I would take a chance. The sales staff was incredibly helpful to me when I called for information. I ordered the door and it was delivered in 2 weeks. It was carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. The quality is solid and the look is very stylish. I didn't have it pained, just sealed and the wood looks beautiful. Hard to believe that the price (even with shipping) was so reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We ordered a double door 2 panel grooved doors for one of our new home owners. The installation went well by our subcontractor. The doors are a beautiful dark toffee color and made extremely well. I ordered a pair of french doors and a front door, both doors were shipped as promised to meet the project deadline, and they are high quality beautiful doors as described. Just an advise to be sure to follow the best practice manual when receiving your delivery, open the box and make sure there's no damage before signing the delivery paper. Once you signed the paper, you will be responsible for any damage. There's a small chip at the door jamb, but it's my fault for not catching the problem before I signed the paper. Door and More customer service did their best to offer free replacement of the door jamb, and I'm happy with their fast response. Door & More does not only offer beautiful door selections and flexibility in customizing sizes, but also superb customer services! Their products are solid with great quality, and come with reasonable price tag. If you are still researching fore doors, this place won't disappoint you!

Custom 5-Panel Sliding French Partition Doors. The doors were used as a partition between an Entertainment Room and Gym. The doors were top hinged with no tracks on the floor. The panels can each slide independently from left to right, and the doors can be stacked to the left, right or center of the door opening. Very Very beautiful.......stained finish was perfect. US Door & More was very professional, easy to work with, the price was affordable and they completed on time.
