The entire process for my small backyard turf removal was pretty painless. I had built up quite a bit of anxiety with dealing with house hold repairs lately, but working with Rico and his team put me at ease because of the clear and timely communication during the process. My backyard was approximately 800 sq. feet of jungle, and frankly, I did not have the time nor energy between working a couple of job and going back to school. First, I love that their prices are listed on their website so there was no surprises. The estimate was done a weekend and Rico went over the most cost effective options for my budget. Once the estimate was emailed to me (within a couple of days), I was able to make my final decision. Their Joist payment system was easy to navigate and really convenient to use. DTS outlines the day, time approximation, and payments increments once I agreed to the estimate. I was unable to be onsite the day of the project, but Rico assured me that it would be okay even if I was not onsite (I was sitting in a professional development class). By the time I got home, I was one jungle less of a backyard, and now I'm able to focus on what I will design back there versus pulling out weeds ...and my hair.

Rico Nava, owner of Drip DTS (Drought Tolerant Solutions) is the best in the business, as far as I'm concern. After my research and meeting with different companies, Drip DTS stood out from the rest. Rico was on time, very professional and had great ideas for my project, which was to landscape my front yard. His estimate format was easy to read and excellent prices. When the work started on my front yard, Rico was there working along with his workers. His workers were friendly and paid attention to details. We had Drip DTS design and install a drought tolerant landscape and drip irrigation system for our front yard and a new lawn and irrigation system for our back yard.
