The client wanted a large bbq island. To achieve in a tight and confined area, we had to get creative. Following city guidelines, we built porcelain Bbq off-site and craned over the house into the backyard. A moveable Bbq can be within the 5’ setbacks allowing us to utilize the needed 3’ within the setback.
