Being able to design and build your own home is quite a privilege with Colonial Homecrafters. We have been in our home almost 12 years now. I still love it today as much as I did 12 years ago. Eddie listened to what was important to us in the design phase and gave us his honest opinion of what he thought. I really appreciated the fact that he could explain and give examples of why he advised a certain way. Even as recent as getting ready for the holidays this past December, I thought about some of those design decisions that Eddie helped with and felt fortunate that we are still enjoying our home's custom design. One area where Eddie really excels is being able to create a home that is attractive but also comfortable and functional. Eddie is upfront about pricing and timelines. He does a great job of communicating details about the progress as your home is being built.

More than simply building the home, they worked with me afterwards, making sure that everything was working optimally. This year, Eddie Goode designed and built a small addition and make some minor adjustments to the main home so that it looks like it was always meant to be. The quality of the work is outstanding.

We built a home with Colonial Homecrafters during the 2012-2013 timeframe. We worked directly with Eddie Goode. We had a good experience. Eddie truly is a custom builder, as he worked with us to build a home that met all our needs. He was easy to work with, easy to contact, willing to listen and make changes as necessary. He finished the home within an acceptable time period. He worked with us to minimize the time we had to live in a hotel, due to an aggressive move-out date of our old home. After our move in, Eddie continued to stay engaged to address items on our 1-year list. Eddie built a solid home.
