My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your question. The brick on this home is Chesapeake Pearl by Pine Hall. The brick is still available. I do not recall the mortar used, but I would suggest that you build a sample panel with different mortar colors of your choice; this way you can make the correct decision. Good luck.
