We hired Chrysalis to stage our home in Calgary. Given the economic downturn we wanted to give our home the best shot at selling. Ellen's team did a beautiful job designing spaces that were so beautiful, we wanted to move back in! The house listed and initially sold within three days! Days later COVID-19 changed everything and our buyer backed out and we pulled the listing. Chrysalis offered to keep the staging in place at no cost; what a gift! When we saw the market warm up, we re-listed in May and this time, it sold within a day. Chrysalis is highly-professional, has a timeless and tasteful inventory to work from and was very careful when inside our home. Looking back, Chrysalis saved us money by helping our listing to move quickly even in the midst of a poor economy and a global pandemic!

Ellen and her team were so efficient with the staging and I am sure helped with the quick sale of our home. In the height of covid world they were very professional and easy to work with which certainly helped in the high stress world that we were in that took one more thing off our list of things to do. From our first meeting it was clear that Ellen was both professional and very knowledgable. We had our house on a market for 10 months with two different realtors. We knew we needed help. We invited Ellen for a consultation. Ellen did a walk through and gave us suggestions on improvements to attract potential buyers. We decided to stage our house with her. Needless to say, our house looked completely different after staging. It was brighter, lighter and beautiful. After staging and all the improvements done, the house was sold within 20 days. Incredible work by Ellen and her team! Ellen was professional, easy to talk to, attentive to details. She was a pleasure to work with. Ellen was extremely easy and enjoyable to work with. Our home was listed Thursday afternoon and we had a conditional sale by Sunday afternoon. Amazing in the current market! Comments from the Open House as well as showings all remarked positively on the staging and how fantastic the home showed.
