We recently partnered with Emergent for a total 'to the studs' remodel of our home, and the experience was exceptional. The project was massive—including complete layout changes, a new bathroom addition, and a total kitchen reimagining—but from start to finish, we felt completely taken care of. What sets Emergent apart is their stewardship. They didn’t just treat our house like a job site; they treated it like our home. Every member of their team is a class act—professional, communicative, and truly great to work with. Entrusting a full-scale renovation to a contractor can be daunting, but Emergent proved themselves to be reliable partners who deliver high-quality results. We couldn't be happier with our 'new' home and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that balances expert craftsmanship with genuine care.

When it came time for us to take on a huge renovation of our home we looked for a contractor with three primary considerations in mind. First and most importantly was a reputation for exceptional quality. Second, we wanted a company that provided turn-key services. And finally, they had to have the same vision and design aesthetic as us. We found such a partner in Emergent and we are so happy with our decision. Every single Emergent associate was top notch and a pleasure to work with throughout the six months of construction. This also goes for all of their sub-contractors. As client’s, we had a very clear vision and high expectations and they were on top of it if there was ever an issue or we suggested a change. Renovations can be daunting but Emergent maintained good communication throughout, and the project management database they used helped tremendously with messaging, schedule transparency and financial management. Bottom line… we would not hesitate to recommend Emergent. Thanks to their entire team for making our dream home a reality!

Hiring Emergent for our whole house renovation was an amazing decision for our family. They made everything easy and seamless. Emergent did a wonderful job on our kitchen renovation and the addition of a new bathroom in an attic space. They were efficient and thoughtful throughout the process. The Emergent “in house crew” was my favorite. However, the subs throughout the project were timely and good to work with as well. The Builder Trend app that is used is really helpful, however, there is a learning curve & we could have used a little more help with this when making selections for our project. Also, there were times during the renovation that we could have used some more guidance on our decision-making. Natalie was helpful in making selections and bouncing ideas off of, we truly appreciated the whole Emergent team! We now have a dream kitchen we envisioned come to fruition and a beautiful and functional bathroom for our kids that we weren’t sure was going to be possible. We recently completed a multi-room home renovation project with Emergent and would definitely recommend them to others considering the same. We found Emergent to be approachable, flexible, and organized, which really helped us get comfortable with a major project. They listened to our input, were quick to let us know about any snags that needed to be addressed, and kept things moving. We have friends who had a similar overlapping project with another local builder, and our experience was substantially better - our house was completed in less time, the communication was much more frequent, and at the end required less punch out work.

Emergent recently remodeled our kitchen. They did a great job. It was a very collaborative experience on the design side and we got a great aesthetic in the space. It was my second project with Emergent, so it was great to get the benefit of knowing how to interact using their app and software they use to make everything easy and all in one place. The work came through quickly and we were able to combat supply chain problems with good project management and execution. I plan to work with them again in the future!

Wow, are we happy with how our project turned out! We challenged Emergent Construction from the day we engaged them and they answered the bell. We brought a level of detail to this project that only a limited number of contractors could deliver on - Emergent delivered. Like most projects, creativity and collaboration led to adjustments and improvement to our extensive home remodel. Emergent did a nice job of adjusting to the natural evolution of the project while communicating the overall effect on the budget and timeline. We took on a major renovation to this home with Emergent and to their credit, they shared our vision and enthusiasm throughout. It's been fun to follow their projects since ours completed. I can only imagine those clients are as happy as we are!

We have worked with Emergent twice on projects for our master bath and our kitchen. Both times we were extremely pleased with the work the did. Communication during the projects was great. Quality of the finished projects was excellent. They met the expected timelines. We would work with them again.

We thoroughly enjoyed completing our home renovation project with the Emergent team, and are thrilled with the outcome(s) of the project. The Emergent team is built in a way that supports the project from start to finish. They also use technology (BuilderTrend) that makes project management extremely efficient. I can't imagine doing a project the scale of ours through email and phone calls, without having a centralized hub for project management. There were a number of people/positions on the Emergent team that helped make our project successful. When we embarked on the journey, having a "team" rather than a 1-2 person general contractor is part of the reason why we chose them. Looking back on the project, we worked closely with 3-4 people who were instrumental in the projects success. There were hiccups during the ten or so months it took to complete our project, but at project's completion, we believe Emergent always "made it right". It is for this reason we can see past those hiccups and appreciate the totality of the work Emergent and their subcontractors did to build a home we love today just as much as when the project was finished.
