Europa Stone

Have an issue with my porcelain countertops. We purchased the home 6 months ago and when I called and informed them that the countertops are peeling at the seams, they informed me that it would be 100 dollar trip charge. I asked them not to charge since there was a defect but they did not care. I would think you would want to see what is the issue with the product that they are selling so that they can avoid selling a bad product.
