Our experience with Exclusive Iron and Doors has been a mixed one. The project cost us over $130,000, and while all doors are now installed and “repaired,” the process to get here was long and frustrating. The owner, Robert, eventually stepped in and put a rush on missing doors and glass, sent a crew to seal and cap areas that should have been done at installation, and addressed the paint issue. Thanks to his involvement, the job is now complete. That said, if you are looking for higher-end or custom finishes, I would look elsewhere given the hassle and quality concerns. We ended up with 8 doors and 8 different locks (the installer claimed we didn’t add the key-matching feature to the bid), which feels unreasonable for the price point. The touch-up they provide is just a “rattle can,” and since the doors are not powder coated, they will not hold up long term in Texas weather. Overall, we appreciate Robert stepping in to finish the job, but the process and craftsmanship fell short of expectations.

I've had three sets of iron doors installed by three different companies in the Houston area. Exclusive Iron Doors is by far the best experience I've had with selection, quality, communication, and installation. Team Flores is hands down the best installation team you can get. They were very friendly, professional and explained the whole process from beginning to end, cleaned up as they went along, and took care of every detail and touch-up.

I am a builder of high end custom homes, and my front door that I purchased through Gregg Rosenfield and Exclusive Iron Doors is fantastic! Gregg's customer service has been spot on throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them both!

5 starts wow! Enrique and the Team were fantastic to work with. He measured in 1 day, came back and installed in 1 day and the next day came back to do all the touch up work. I’ve never seen anything like this door. Not only is it stunning to look at (sometimes I just want to stop and stare at it!), but it is super secure and provides excellent insulation. Highly recommended!

What can I say… these iron doors are a SHOW STOPPER!! Neighbors stop to take pics and I have received MANY compliments. The Team helped me design a custom door and matching window for my entry. You choose the design, finish, glass, etc. I wanted privacy glass. Overall… Beautiful, Top quality, Heavy doors. I highly recommend!!

Everything from the design phase to post-install follow ups is done with an elevated level of articulation for this one-of-a-kind metal craft. My considerable years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the Automotive sector has made me a very discriminating consumer. So having such a beautiful product installed in the focal point of your home means a lot on so many levels, its not just for curb appeal anymore. Hands down their product quality is several levels above all other iron door and window competitors. My door arrived completely destroyed. Shipping Company says it was because it was badly packaged. Exclusive doors refuses to except responsibility I am left with no door and no refund. The shipping company offered a $300 repair fee which exclusive doors is so far kept. Do not do business with these guys.

My iron door from Exclusive Iron Doors turned out beautifully and completely transforms my curb appeal and entryway. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because I felt details of installation could have been better. Overall, Enrique and his crew did an awesome job, and were very efficient in installing a very large door unit. However, things like trim work around the door and the cleaning of the door/glass itself could have been better. I cleaned all the glass after installation because there were still many smudges, etc. There is also a film (possibly from the spray paint used on the iron) on the glass that I hadn’t noticed during installation, but I am unable to get it off.

Working with Gregg and the Team to design a custom door for my mother was nothing short of marvelous! We were thousands of miles away and entirely new to this process, but Gregg ensures that we got exactly what we wanted - even when we were unsure ourselves! He guided us through the different possibilities, finishes, styles, and kept us updated with photos, lead times, and a CAD drawing that ultimately mirrored exactly what we would receive weeks later! Even though it weighed over 1000lb!, the door came in in perfect condition with extra paint should it ever be weathered and ready to be installed. Highly, highly recommended!
