I would stay away a mile from these guys. Lonny is very nice before the contract and first payment. Then comes the change orders for any thing you talked and missed to put in contract. Followed by demands for payments when work is barely done with threats to stop work. The work will be painfully slow, if he said 4 weeks think 8-9 weeks if you are lucky. Finally there is nasty language, threatening texts and rage. If you still want to save some money and hire him, go ahead.

Researching the many landscaping companies across the valley can seem a very daunting task. There are so many out there, and it seems they only have great ideas that take you very quickly over your budget. When we met Ryan and Lonny, they not only listened to our wish list, but came up with creative ways to enhance our design, all while staying within our budget. It's not Extreme Dreamz because we got the most lavish and opulent make all the neighbors jealous backyard and spent way too much - it's Extreme that they help you Dream of the ways to make your space awesome and deliver on time and within your budget!!! Amazing team (hard working) & very professional! I highly recommend!

I hired Extreme Dreamz for my backyard landscape. We started with a blank canvas. They helped design and execute my dream yard. They did irrigation, travertine, pavers, turf and gravel. I'm very happy with the finished product. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate their backyard.
