I cannot give enough praise to this company. The staff is always ready to help in the smallest way with even light bulbs and small parts. It has weathered many economic storms because it is well run by a Toledo family.

I've used Gross Electric for many lighting projects over the years. I love working with them, especially Pam. She always takes the time to go through endless catalogs with you to figure out just the right fixture. She makes the process enjoyable. In addition to using them for residential purchases, I even had them help us with lighting for my place of employment. We expanded our space & Pam helped with the lighting for our new kitchen & Board room.

Gross Electric provided lighting for my kitchen addition. I have an old Bungalow, and while the new kitchen in in the bungalow style, I wasn't enthused about the available bungalow style fixtures. The lighting specialist recommended beautiful fixtures that truly complement the wood and give me great joy every time walk into the kitchen. They also introduced me to LED ceiling lights that are virtually flat that took up much less ceiling space to install. They also carry a beautiful assortment of knobs and handles for cabinetry and doors, both of which I took advantage of. I've gotten many compliments from my friends who've seen the finished product.

Gross Electric was essential during our renovation. They guided our modernizing all lighting while retaining the house's original architectural identity. Diane Sherbrook pored over catalogs to find the best fixtures and was helpful beyond the call of normal duty when we hit a snag with one supplier--we think of Diane every day when we turn on the dining room fixture and recall how persistent Diane had to be to get that exact fixture for us. Gross also supplied other electrical supplies for our electricians and ordered the new mailbox we installed. I give Gross my strongest recommendation as honest, fair in pricing, and very customer oriented.

The staff worked closely to design lighting for our house remodel to fit our open yet traditional design. The kitchen and breakfast area coordinate beautifully! The large chandler in the den makes an outstanding statement to all who enter., They even delivered the fixtures.
