Selecting the Helton team to build our home was the best decision ever. They are the nicest people to work with and their integrity is beyond reproach. Their quality of workmanship and pride in the process is always evident. Their billing is totally transparent. They offer full interior design services, if necessary, or work with your specific vision - whatever works best for you. Three years after completion, we are very happy and continue to get compliments on our home. I cannot imagine leaving this house, but if we ever do, we certainly would want Helton for our next build!

Helton Homes was hired to build our dream home. Once the plans were drawn, budget numbers agreed upon and loan signed, the construction started in a matter of days! The construction duration was as expected, and quality was of utmost importance to the staff and subcontractors. We could not be happier with our home!

We purchased a house under construction from Helton Residential which allowed us to make a few cosmetic changes to suit our tastes. Liz was highly accommodating, the overall quality good and the layout is excellent for a family. As with all new construction projects, there was a punch list and Liz, along with her sub-contractors, have gone out of their way to ensure we are pleased with the finished product. It is refreshing to know that any issue will be promptly addressed and resolved. Overall, we are very happy with our new home. Helton Residential did a great job in ensuring a pleasant buying experience. As an added note, Liz has has also gone above and beyond in helping us get acclimated to the new neighborhood which is truly appreciated!
