Since 1987, Homes by Managen Ltd has been designing and building unique custom homes in new and revitalized neighborhoods in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We build single-family custom homes, custom designed estate homes, and maintenance-free communities as well as infills. Owners and founders of Homes by Managen Ltd, Paul Kehler and Pat McKenna, bring years of invaluable experience in the areas of new home design and construction to the company. Paul is responsible for project estimation, sales and marketing and also holds a real estate license with First Choice Realty and is able to assist our clients with their real estate needs. Pat is an experienced carpenter and job site coordinator and is primarily responsible for the construction process, monitoring, scheduling and managing the industry trades people.
